We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The most valuable feature of the solution stems from the fact that it is easy to manage...It is a scalable solution.""The most valuable features of the solution are the scanning of all the cloud environments and most of the compliances available in the cloud.""The platform has valuable features for security.""Cloudposse is a valuable feature as it guarantees my security.""I find all of the features to be highly valuable.""The most valuable feature of AWS Security Hub is the ability to track when monitoring is not enabled on any of my resources.""Finding out if your infrastructure is secure is a valuable feature.""Currently, our organization utilizes AWS for various purposes, including SaaS (Software as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), and hosting applications in the cloud. We develop our applications and use AWS services as a platform for basic functions and secondary development needs. Additionally, we rely on PaaS for accounting services. Approximately, 50% of our applications are hosted in the cloud environment, making it a significant part of our current setup."

"We're able to get real-timec as well as our customer networks that we're monitoring at all times.""The most valuable feature of Fortinet FortiSIEM is the correlation of many events.""We find the solution to be stable.""Easy alert setup which enables different alerts in different categories.""To add workers and even collectors is pretty easy.""Some of our customers who use this solution have seen improvement in their connection with load balancing on both connections.""FortiSIEM's log correlation is good.""It is used as an alerting platform."

Cons
"AWS Security Hub should improve the time it takes to update. It takes a long period of time when updating. It can take 24 hours sometimes to update. Additionally, when integrating this solution with more security tools, takes time.""From an improvement perspective, there is a need to add more compliance since, right now, AWS Security Hub only provides four to five compliances to control the tool.""The telemetry doesn't always go into the control center. When you have multiple instances running in AWS, you need a control tower to take feeds from Security Hub and analyze your results. Sometimes exemptions aren't passed between the control tower and Security Hub. The configuration gets mixed up or you don't get the desired results.""Security needs to be measured based on their own criteria. We can't add custom criteria specific to our organization. For example, having an S3 bucket publicly available might be flagged as a critical alert, but it might not be critical in a sandbox environment. So, it gets flagged as critical, which becomes a false positive. So, customization options and creating custom dashboards would be areas for improvement.""It's not user-friendly. Too much going on, too many unnecessary findings, not very visual. You can't do much compared to other similar tools that are cheaper and better.""The user interface, graphs, and dashboards of the solution could improve in the future. They are not very sophisticated and could use an update.""The support must be quicker.""We need more granular-level customizations to enable or disable the rules in AWS Security Hub."

"Fortinet FortiSIEM could improve by having better integration and extensions. This would benefit by allowing us to give more rules.""There could be more AI features included in the product.""I would like to see easier implementation in the future.""We expect the latest patch from Fortinet FortiSIEM to give the ability to work with signature files.""Fortinet FortiSIEM could improve to extend to several locations or sites.""The stability of the product is an area of concern where improvements are required.""The process of installing Fortinet FortiSIEM and the customization of the alerts take too long.""Its training can be improved. Its price also needs to be improved."
