Find out in this report how the two Log Management solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, service and support, easy of deployment, and ROI."Technical support is good overall."
"It has a logical, user-friendly GUI."
"It saves a lot of time. We integrate the customer's firewall with all their networking devices."
"The most valuable features are the versatility of this solution and the variety of things you can do with it."
"The features that I have found most valuable in QRadar are its data enrichment, use case creations, and adding references - those kinds of features are very good. Also QRadar's event filtration and device integration are perfect."
"QRadar has somewhat of a new structure recently from last gen. They have moved from the standard UI based infrastructure."
"The tool's most valuable feature is log source management. It enables us to connect to various log sources, including content, authentications, or other customized integrations. These integrations can be tailored for use with other platforms that don’t already have built-in IBM add-ons."
"The stability is good."
"LogDNA consolidates all logs into one place, which is super valuable."
"The solution aggregates all event streams, so that if there are any issues, it's all in the same interface."
"QRadar needs to be improved on the storage side, particularly when the disc exceeded the maximum threshold."
"The tool is very complicated. One place for improvement would be to have a more user-friendly interface. Having better support in Spanish would be cool."
"This solution is on-premise and many customers are moving to the cloud base solution."
"There is a shortage of skilled individuals with knowledge about the solution. There is training required."
"The solution is clunky."
"They need to improve their threat intelligence feed and they need to improve their user behavior analytics modules."
"There is a lot of manual configuration required in order for the product to run smoothly, and I think that it could be made more automatic."
"The whole process for support is something that needs to be improved."
"Every once in a while, our IBM cloud operational implementation gets behind. Sometimes, when we have a customer event, we do not get access to the latest logs for about 30 minutes, particularly for the sites that are heavily utilized. This is clearly not good. It is impossible to RCA when you can't look at the logs that pertain to the time period in which the event occurred. It could be more of an operational problem than a feature problem. I don't have visibility about whether it is a LogDNA issue or just an operational issue."
"No ability to encapsulate a query or a filter, and communicate or share that among the team."
