We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"This is a scalable solution that supports thousands of users.""I love the reports and the Confluence board.""The solution helped us to see where we were going wrong and where we were doing good, and that helped us to make proper decisions""Easy to share information and the integration with JIRA is good.""The solution is very intuitive and provides excellent content management.""It integrates well with other Atlassian products""The best feature is the automatic tagging of information in documents. The automatic algorithm highlights irrelevant information that conflict with the actual documents.""The solution is stable."

More Atlassian Confluence Pros →

"The most valuable feature of the solution is the amount of space allotted to each user that is issued a subscription.""Being able to use OneDrive as a mapped drive in Windows Explorer is the most valuable feature. Rather than using OneDrive on a browser, you can also open up the Windows Explorer and I can see the file structure in the normal format.""The most valuable feature is to be able to modify the file online and keep it stored on the cloud, since it is not necessary to download it to make modifications.""It's quite easy to use and then of course it is quite well integrated to the rest of Office 365.""It's pretty easy to learn. Once someone taught me, I was able to navigate it quite easily.""It is simple to use and it allows me to give me the opportunity to access anything I want from any device.""The feature that I have found the most valuable is that Microsoft OneDrive works with any Enterprise Cloud Solutions Office app. You can edit a document on the cloud, share documents with your colleagues, and monitor changes. You can access your work almost anywhere. You can also sync Microsoft OneDrive with your workstation so that whatever you are working on gets automatically backed up to the cloud at regular intervals. So even if your system crashes, you still have a copy of your documents in the cloud, which I found very useful.""They have support for integration with a lot of tools."

Cons
"I have a couple of different pipelines that I work with. However, I'd like to see them displayed differently on the same dashboard. So, I would like to have a unified dashboard to view the different pipelines.""The flexibility and simplicity of this solution could be improved. We would also like the ability to add plugins.""It lacks ease of integration.""Atlassian Confluence's old versions consume too much memory, making it an area where optimization is required from an improvement perspective.""The way Atlassian Confluence handles tickets could be improved.""The user interface is a little bit stale. The file attachments and how they work could be improved. There is also room for improvement when it comes to CDNs.""The user interface could be improved.""There are some issues with performance when creating tables."

"The scalability has room for improvement.""OneDrive is a bit behind competing products like Dropbox and Box.""The initial setup is a bit clunky.""The initial setup is not easy.""No one gets an alert when files are deleted.""An increase in the capacity of storage in the free version would be nice.""The online application is quite limited, for this and other Office offerings.""Recent functionality changes have actually made the product more confusing to use."
