Find out what your peers are saying about Zabbix, Datadog, Auvik and others in IT Infrastructure Monitoring."The tool has a very good interface and helps to monitor the nodes and resources. "What I've found most valuable is the custom sensor, which allows you to write scripts or code to monitor a specific metric in your environment."
"The installation process needs to be improved, and the tool needs a better script. Cloudian HyperIQ runs on Docker containers. Sometimes, the file system gets filled. The tool needs to have separate Docker volumes in the installation script. The documentation for reporting needs to be improved. I am not able to generate reports using it. The alert mechanisms also need to be improved. It should integrate with AI and give more metrics to be taken up next year. We can show the response peak as an improvement to our leadership."

"Maybe in the future there will be room for improvement, but currently, there is nothing pressing that I can think of"

"The technical support could respond a little bit quicker."
"We're using more cloud services now. It would be useful to be able to get information back from these cloud services in detail, and display any issues within PRTG for the rest of our systems."
"The desktop app is the one area where it do with some improvement. From a user's perspective, I would like to be able to get more out of the desktop app as opposed to where we are now with it."
"I would like to see a more robust platform and a new dashboard. In addition, the code is good, but it needs improvement."
"Needs ability to monitor standard notification time (notify after X time)."
