"Offers a very strong URL spam filtering feature."
"It gives us visibility into how the data is being used within our cloud environment."
"What's most valuable in Skyhigh Security is its level of security. Another valuable feature of the solution is threat analysis."
"Overall, the performance is good."
"A stable solution with good support."
"It's a great product with solid features."
"The initial setup is fairly straightforward and easy to perform."
"In terms of their compatibility with major cloud providers, in terms of their abilities, capabilities, and features, they exceed everyone's capabilities in the CASB market."
"The predictive prioritization features are pretty good. They do a lot of research and we trust the research that they do internally. They have knowledge of what's going on with many companies, where we only get a view into what's going on here. So the ability to get best practices out of them as part of this solution, is valuable to us."
"It's a very useful tool."
"Initial setup was pretty straightforward."
"This product has the best results in terms of the lowest number of false-positives and false-negatives."
"I found the dashboard features very useful. It made it easy to track remediation progress. I could publish dashboards to remediation teams and track the progress on the dashboards."
"The solution is completely stable and operation is user-friendly."
"The most valuable features of Tenable SC are the reports and the dashboards."
"The solution is very intuitive and the dashboards are simple to use."
"The solution is hard to configure, our team does not have specific training requirements for McAfee making it difficult."
"I would like to see more power being given to the admin. In the sense that in case an employee is facing an issue and they want to configure a service, like attaching an email in Gmail, for example, they should be given the option to make the service request and get that configured on the go."
"It is an expensive solution."
"SkyHigh has the ability to place users or groups on a ‘Watchlist’; which allows you to see certain views with these Watchlists users/groups in them. This is great when you are looking at live data but if I wanted to generate a report on "only" the watchlists."
"MVISION Cloud is not well known and there should be more information about the solution. There could be integration to local applications."
"The pricing of the solution could be adjusted to make it more reasonable."
"An area for improvement in Skyhigh Security is its UI. It needs to be enhanced and made more user-friendly. Right now, the UI of Skyhigh Security is sometimes confusing. For example, my company is deploying Skyhigh Security for a client and integrating it on the cloud, from an on-premises deployment to a hybrid deployment. Though the experience isn't bad, there needs to be more enhancements. Another room for improvement in Skyhigh Security is the limited training resources, especially when you compare it with Cisco, which has many study materials in the market, even free training resources. You'll get limited resources if you search for Skyhigh Security tutorials on Google and YouTube. Because of high-security requirements and the training material for Skyhigh Security not being available, most engineers and architects avoid the product because there'd be a lack of knowledge in configuring and achieving the goals you'd want to reach via the use of Skyhigh Security. The NOC team deploying the product is having difficulty getting training resources for Skyhigh Security. You'll be charged an enormous amount if you search the market for training because of the limited resources available. Skyhigh Security needs to work on marketing and awareness as an improvement to the product."
"Skyhigh Security, as a product, is excellent, but in terms of the right services and support, those are lagging very much, for example, in Trellix. From one hundred, its score has gone down to ten, so ten out of one hundred, otherwise, it's the number one product."
"The web application scanning area can be improved."
"The solution needs to improve the vulnerability assessment because we have experienced some challenges with accuracy."
"Certain aspects require manual effort, such as exporting and analyzing data for our dashboards. The built-in components of the Tenable solution are somewhat clumsy that require external tools. So, this is an area of improvement."
"The user interface can be improved."
"I think the vendor training provided for Tenable.sc could be a lower price. It's quite expensive for the training."
"Tenable SC could be improved with additional connectivity to external company postures and the capability of managing and sustaining agents in the systems directly without additional platforms in the middle."
"Tenable has some problems with agents going offline during scanning and lag between agents and the security center."
"We would like to see the inclusion of external IPs and simplified reporting that's easier to deal with"
