My company pays for the Standard plan from the self-managed editions of OpenShift. For me, the price is reasonable, especially considering how much you get with it. But it all depends on the size of your company and your subscription choices, so it may vary. We have chosen this plan because we run OpenShift on our own infrastructure and not on a cloud, so it makes sense for us. We have been considering upgrading to Flagship, as we are growing, but we are yet to contact them for an offer and decide from there. Whether we decide to upgrade or not, we are unlikely to switch to another similar solution, since we are content with this one and the way it works.
