Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The interface, design, and accessible user manuals to help get started using the solution are valuable features in Bizagi.""BPMN 2.0 compliance, while you model the processes, the system can detect your notation errors.""Bizagi is really great for beginners because it's user-friendly and you can learn in it quickly, whereas other similar software are harder.""Bizagi is flexible. I can share things with other consultants because it is the most commonly used software in my community. It has been a great and good resource for us in making sure that we adhere to the process.""I like the ease of use and the fact that you can download and use their free version, which is unlimited. However, while it's unlimited use, some features aren't available.""The product has a comfortable GUI and a good environment for users.""The most valuable feature is the organizational modeling capability.""The free online Help and E-Learning is very strong."

More Bizagi Pros →

"The user interface is better than all of the open-source BPMs that I have tried.""Compared to other products on the market, Bonita presents a pretty acceptable level of robustness.""I find process management and user interface designing the most valuable features.""It is a great product that is powerful in developing applications.""The solution is easy to use.""Bonita is simple and lightweight and is flexible to integrate with third-party systems. The UI is now flexible, whereas it was previously rigid. Any technology can be used as a frontend, including ReactJS, Angular, and others.""Development of forms and flows.""Bonita is user-friendly."

Cons
"The solution's interface could be a bit more user-friendly and I would like to see more integrations with other Office products, not just Office 365.""I would like to see a facility for building a simple CRUD application. In Bizagi, you can use database modeling, diagrams, forms, etc., but in some circumstances I need CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) functionalities which are not there yet.""The solution was very limited.""The product used to have a simulation feature, which I had used quite often. However, it's since been discontinued. It might have originally been a paid feature. It would be nice if they could bring it back and offer it for free.""The gateway through which it connects with other vendors, specifically RPA vendors, is one aspect that could be improved.""The on-premise software has some bugs.""Its price can be improved. The price is high for the application as well as for maintaining and developing applications. When you develop, for example, a BPM, you need to pay a lot for Bizagi.""One thing that I don't like very much is related to integration: we have to develop some connectors... I would need a connector that connects to a REST service and that uses client ID in secret... They provide the means to develop a connector and use it, but they should implement this because REST services are among the most used protocols for web services."

More Bizagi Cons →

"Automation in vacation of a human resources replacement would be a good improvement in the product.""The interface is advanced and quite good, but it could improve.""I would like to improve the product's load balancing.""It would be nice to have a wizard to help walk through the development process and create a backbone.""Installation could be made easier.""The dashboard has limited features.""Bonita can improve by offering more flexibility. The developer does not receive the code of the application to modify it. Most of the other solutions I have used allow the developers to change or improve the code that is generated.""There is a considerable learning curve."
