"HubSpot Marketing Hub has kept me updated with alerts."
"As a CRM tool, it looks good."
"The tool is very stable and very reliable."
"Very user-friendly."
"The most valuable part of the solution are the selling features."
"Datorama is part of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which is quite a valuable feature that provides customer analytics."
"Marketing Cloud has improved our productivity and our team enjoy using it."
"This is a very powerful and scalable solution."
"It is easy to send emails and SMS's."
"The most valuable features of Salesforce Marketing Cloud are the ease of use of the basic features."

"The most valuable of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is seeing the customer's journey."
"The way the staff uses the system sometimes leads to processes not being followed."
"The product is not cheap."
"The upcoming tasks feature could be better. With HubSpot, whenever I put the contact information into Microsoft Office or Microsoft Outlook, it automatically inputs it into HubSpot. For example, it keeps telling me to contact my Solaris representative as an upcoming task. I've tried changing the contact in it to "not a lead," but it keeps sending me that notification."
"API capabilities (including the performance) are minimal and the email workflow capabilities are too rigid, which results in very complicated workflow management."
"In terms of drawbacks, I've found that it lacks in-depth analytics and reporting features."
"There are some issues with HubSpot Marketing Hub with receiving notifications. It was too difficult to understand, and it requires a lot of effort. Configuration could be simplified."
"The search and questions aren't as intuitive as I would expect from a platform like this."
"Years ago, these tools used to allow you to see the exact location of people that were clicking on things. I guess they quit doing it for privacy reasons, but that was very helpful information and I miss seeing it in those reports. I thought that this tool could do it when we left Act-On to go to HubSpot, but when we moved over they stopped doing it."
"The dashboards should be more intuitive, as there are far too many items on them. You're not always sure what you're looking for."
"The pricing is a bit high."
"They can perhaps simplify the dashboards. In my opinion as an end-user, reports could also be simplified, but it also depends on how your company is set up. It depends on how the processes are set up within your company natively. It is linked to the way you do business. So, it varies."
"We have struggled to get resolution of support tickets from the Salesforce team."
"The product could use a little bit of BI in the sense of rule-based building."
"Salesforce Marketing Cloud should include more point-and-click functionality."
"Managing large volumes of data takes too long."
"Salesforce Marketing Cloud could improve by having more graphical options because a lot of tables are now only numbers and percentages and data. I prefer graphs, lines, and pie charts. I know there are ways to receive this from Salesforce Marketing Cloud. It doesn't play a huge role in my daily work to invest the time to figure it out. I feel that it would be time wasted. They could make the graphical options easier to find and use in the future."
