Comparison Results: Users of HubSpot Marketing Hub report that the interface needs improvement, say the solution is very expensive, and do not report an ROI. For these reasons, Salesforce Marketing Cloud wins in this comparison.
"I find HubSpot Marketing Hub's user interface very intuitive and easy to navigate, which is something I really appreciate."
"The most valuable feature is probably automating the system. I can send mass emails to pretty much all my contacts or certain ones that meet the demographic requirements. I've used this one and one other CRM with an auto sales company. From my experience, just the ease of use and the user interface on HubSpot is phenomenal. It's really simple and easy to navigate the program. The functionality is phenomenal, and not just the Microsoft Office part but also with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It's pretty nice."
"It has eased managing the sales team and the sales journey right from setting up appointments."
"Very user-friendly."
"Technical support is helpful and responsive."
"If we are having any difficulties, I can easily reach out to support executives and have a resolution. I am not sure if we paid for the technical support."
"The product has the most valuable enterprise features."
"We can choose the necessary stages as per the lead, and update it accordingly, then proceed it further."
"Salesforce Marketing Cloud's integrations are seamless since it is a native application. It helps us with B2B and B2C send-outs and can handle large columns."
"The most valuable features of Salesforce Marketing Cloud are the ease of use of the basic features."
"I like the user interface it has a nice look and feel."
"The most valuable of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is seeing the customer's journey."
"The most valuable feature of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is the seamless conversion of lead to opportunity, in relation to orders is good. That seamless connection is beneficial and simple."
"The solution is user-friendly."
"We haven't had any issues with integration."
"I like that I can constantly add leads to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and look at accounts there. I also like that the solution lets me set up meetings."
"The user interface could be made less complicated to enhance the end-user experience. It will create a difference."
"The tool should improve email marketing solution. It is behind its competitors for bulk campaigns."
"The upcoming tasks feature could be better. With HubSpot, whenever I put the contact information into Microsoft Office or Microsoft Outlook, it automatically inputs it into HubSpot. For example, it keeps telling me to contact my Solaris representative as an upcoming task. I've tried changing the contact in it to "not a lead," but it keeps sending me that notification."
"API capabilities (including the performance) are minimal and the email workflow capabilities are too rigid, which results in very complicated workflow management."
"Years ago, these tools used to allow you to see the exact location of people that were clicking on things. I guess they quit doing it for privacy reasons, but that was very helpful information and I miss seeing it in those reports. I thought that this tool could do it when we left Act-On to go to HubSpot, but when we moved over they stopped doing it."
"The way the staff uses the system sometimes leads to processes not being followed."
"It would be ideal if there was a way to forward a notification or create notifications for non-HubSpot users."
"There are issues with the consistency of notifications."
"The quality of support for this solution has been decreasing over time and the support team are sometimes more focused on closing tickets that resolving issues. Often the support team is not well trained or aware of the new features or products released by Salesforce."
"Salesforce Marketing Cloud should include more point-and-click functionality."
"The dashboards should be more intuitive, as there are far too many items on them. You're not always sure what you're looking for."
"Marketing Cloud should change the script language that it uses because it's not good. It's tricky and difficult to develop."
"We have struggled to get resolution of support tickets from the Salesforce team."
"We'd like to see more integrations with third-party products."
"It should contain artificial intelligence, in my opinion."
"In a future release, adding end-user personalization would be a benefit."
