We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The product can scale easily.""The solution's technical support is very good.""They are launching more and more features for mobile, which I understand our customers appreciate.""G Suite Enterprise is user-friendly, and the technical toolkits and other information are on the website. Additionally, the technical documents are comprehensive.""It has saved us money.""Extremely reliable, providing great collaboration features.""The features we use quite a lot are the mail and Google Drive. We can store documents and share documents between both employees here, locally in Sweden, and we have an office in the US as well. It's a very easy way to share information and documents, and have online meetings and stuff with Google Meet. We use it quite a lot.""Google Mail lets you link a task to a specific email and add a reminder. That's helpful for reviewing your schedule. It's based on Slack, so you don't have these folders like in Microsoft mail. Using Slack instead of folders is a bit more intuitive. It's easier to find again a specific email than using Microsoft Suite. If you misplace things, it's much easier to find them because of Google's search capability."

"IceWarp has multiple applications that are easy to use for many people.""The solution's voice services work well for our company.""It's scalable and stable.""The groupware module is the most valuable feature.""The most valuable feature of IceWarp is the chat rooms and file-sharing, they are useful. It is convenient that everything is in one place. You can easily share and collaborate documents, making the program's unity a significant advantage.""Its price is the most valuable. It is definitely one of the lowest price solutions.""The product is used very extensively in my company since we have around 1,500 users using it. Also, there is no requirement for any administrators to manage the product by the people who own the solution.""The solution has a very good log-in to the UI when compared to other solutions."

Cons
"Google Mail's spam filter needs improvement. If I'm sending mail to another email user, sometimes it goes to the spam folder, and they won't know unless they check because they aren't seeing it in the primary inbox. They may miss important emails. At the same time, I'm receiving spam that shouldn't go to my inbox.""G Suite is not as powerful as Microsoft Office Suite, so sometimes we have to change to Excel and PowerPoint.""The stability should be addressed.""Not all tools are available in the one facility.""I am not a big fan of how Gmail organizes the mail. I find it complicated to see which mail from which users send at which date. Especially if there is a lot.""The meeting platform of Google Workspace has room for improvement.""Less customizations than there used to be.""There are 120 different products and Google is ready to copy their competitors and vice versa. Some of them work, and some of them don't. There are many newer tools with no-code environments which allow for a leaner self-owned system, where I'm not tied to paying hundreds and thousands of dollars a year to another company."

"The solution should improve the mailing list feature. Google has a similar feature where you can automate sending files to different people in a sequence, but that feature is no longer available in the current version of IceWarp. Other features may also have been removed in the current version.""I would like to have a trial for mobile applications and more documentation similar to Google Drive with mobile applications.""Support should be improved. Most of the time, the queries are not resolved within the SLA.""Although the documentation is extensive and in depth, you must familiarize yourself with it before taking full advantage of the product.""Although it is not a tool, video conferencing should be scalable and operate in a professional and efficient way.""The tool's configuration capabilities are not straightforward. Apart from that, if I want to archive emails into a vault so that they can be retrieved again later, the integration doesn't work, and IceWarp crashes.""With multiple databases for VOIP, chat and web IMAP, maintenance is cumbersome.""Our customers sometimes have problems receiving mail."
