Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The solution is very intuitive.""Ability to co-edit and collaborate on content.""The product can scale easily.""G Suite is a powerful suite of tools for messaging and collaboration that has met the fundamental needs of my company, both increasing productivity and reducing costs.""personally prefer to use G Suite applications, such as Gmail, Slides, and Sheets, because they give you the freedom to share the document you're editing and co-work with other colleagues simultaneously.""Valuable features of the solution are that it's simple and effective.""The initial setup of Google Workspace is straightforward.""It's more open than Microsoft and easy to use."

"The solution has a very good log-in to the UI when compared to other solutions.""The groupware module is the most valuable feature.""An effective, functional, very good tool for controlling resources.""It has great communication capabilities for team chatting and web conferences.""The solution's voice services work well for our company.""It's scalable and stable.""Its price is the most valuable. It is definitely one of the lowest price solutions.""IceWarp has multiple applications that are easy to use for many people."

Cons
"Google Workspace does a pretty good job, so it doesn't have that much room for improvement, but what would make it even better is if its apps, for example, Gmail, could integrate with more apps, such as Evernote and specific cloud-based platforms.""And I think Google Translate could add more features. For example, it could be integrated when typing in a document or a web browser like Grammarly.""Less customizations than there used to be.""They can maybe improve its graphical user interface. Google is not really known for having a PC interface. It is just a nice-to-have feature.""Google Workspace has limitations as a document or file management system. Without a workspace account, manual actions are required to perform tasks such as managing groups of people. Additionally, managing permissions individually is a time-consuming and inefficient process. It's difficult to articulate, but the process is not very streamlined.""There seems to be a bit of vulnerability on some operating systems, specifically on the iPhone. There isn't as much control as if a person is using an Android. That's a bit of a concern.""In some cases, we are using the Google Meet functions but only when we have external clients. Internally, we are using Slack. Google Meet virtual meeting function is not as advanced as the one in Slack and should improve.""The UI could be more graphic and sassy, but otherwise, it is quite functional."

More Google Workspace Cons →

"The tool's configuration capabilities are not straightforward. Apart from that, if I want to archive emails into a vault so that they can be retrieved again later, the integration doesn't work, and IceWarp crashes.""Although it is not a tool, video conferencing should be scalable and operate in a professional and efficient way.""Although the documentation is extensive and in depth, you must familiarize yourself with it before taking full advantage of the product.""Our customers sometimes have problems receiving mail.""With multiple databases for VOIP, chat and web IMAP, maintenance is cumbersome.""It is difficult to disable user rights on the console so some users accidentally delete their documents or user details.""The exchange compatibility mode is rather limited. Their technical support can also be better. They only provide online support, and there should be some option for escalating.""Support should be improved. Most of the time, the queries are not resolved within the SLA."
