"It's easy to scale."
"Sometimes, customization is simple. The version we are using now has a nice interface."
"Its flexibility and ease of customization are its most valuable features."
"The solution will streamline productivity and also improve automation. That would bring efficiency as well the ability to handle a big number of enterprise-wide service needs. Productivity and collaborative capabilities are some of the key benefits."
"A valuable feature for us is that we have an ordered way to handle all the cases that we can handle with the infrastructure."
"We can have all our requests and incidents registered in one system."
"We rarely had issues with Zendesk."
"Zendesk Support has a lot of good APIs."
"What is cool about Zendesk Guide is how it works together with others Zendesk products. Especially with support and with the analytics. Put those together for a small or medium-sized company and it's a really powerful tool."
"It's very convenient to use."
"The initial setup is simple and straightforward."
"It is a scalable solution."
"One of the most valuable features is the ease of use. If you take the standalone product, it is so easy to use, but if you want a tailor-made Zendesk Guide, you can't do it yourself. However, you can use a template that already exists—they have a lot, and they're very cheap, around 300-400 euros—and use it on all your brands. It's a very easy product to use."
"I found the user experience with vendors on Zendesk to be straightforward, especially when it comes to understanding and searching for specific tickets. The search and navigation tools are easy to use, and I haven't encountered any issues with delays or communication gaps in ticket resolutions."
"The solution does not interface well with other products and is difficult to implement."
"It needs to be easier to use for the end users because one problem we had was that we are handling different kinds of cases."
"The greatest issue for us is to understand the roadmap. We want to know whether we should upgrade now or should we wait three months."
"Customization can be difficult at times because scripting is often required."
"We aren't able to take emails that come in and turn them into tickets, especially when it comes to attachments. When an email has an attachment, like a screenshot, it is a very cumbersome process, and it does not work very well. I shouldn't have been paying technicians to cut and paste attachments from an email into the ticketing system. It should do that automatically. Other solutions are able to do that. This is something that needs to be improved. Test manager and knowledge management areas are probably amongst the worst parts of this solution. We try to use this solution for knowledge management, but it is not user-friendly. Therefore, it has limited ROI as you need to spend time to try and fully capitalize on the knowledge management system."
"The product's technical support services need improvement."
"There should be some front desk provided or some options to let our users serve themselves, because we have about 5000 servers and 400 applications."
"I think the best recommendation to Micro Focus would be to increase awareness and the marketing for this product."
"If I write an article, and I have a team of 30 people, and they all have a Zendesk account, when I write an article, I send them an email. "Hey guys, I just wrote this article. It's one of the most popular topics this month on which we are not covered. Please check it and make sure that you include it in your resolutions". The issue is, once I send it to those 30 people, and they open it, the next morning, that article is the most popular article."
"Sometimes if there was a way to just flag the actual issue out of those email chains - that would be really helpful."
"One of the drawbacks of Zendesk is that it doesn't provide a secure way for us to send data. So, we usually use a secure SharePoint folder link. We put that in the Zendesk ticket so that the requester has a secure way of getting to their data."
"They have something called Zendesk Explore, which isn't as good as what they had in place previously."
"It wasn't easy to set up so we're only using a third of all of the features,"
"It needs to improve in terms of its flexibility, price, and installation."
"There is always a network issue with Zendesk. But we don’t know whether it is managed. The network issue is that when I call, it does not let us."
"As per me, there arent much significant issues or areas for improvement with Zendesk, as my usage of it is limited. I appreciate its ability to organize tickets effectively based on tags, allowing me to easily gather and analyze customer feedback and requests."
