Find out in this report how the two Marketing Automation solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, service and support, easy of deployment, and ROI."It's my understanding that the initial setup is a straightforward process."
"Their blog platform and form capabilities are very easy to use and integrate within our web site."
"The tool is very stable and very reliable."
"The product has the most valuable enterprise features."
"Marketing Hub does an incredible job of tracking and updating client records. The reporting has been enhanced, so you can do just about any type of reporting with it and export to Excel if necessary. They just came out with a considerable upgrade a few months ago, which really helped on the reporting side."
"There are customizable templates and we can easily make the templates more dynamic."
"The most valuable feature is probably automating the system. I can send mass emails to pretty much all my contacts or certain ones that meet the demographic requirements. I've used this one and one other CRM with an auto sales company. From my experience, just the ease of use and the user interface on HubSpot is phenomenal. It's really simple and easy to navigate the program. The functionality is phenomenal, and not just the Microsoft Office part but also with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It's pretty nice."
"Very user-friendly."
"The main feature of Marketo is sending out emails, so that would be the most valuable feature."
"The most valuable feature is the scoring."
"It is a very user-friendly solution. I'm mainly working on Design Studio, which is useful for companies in tracking repeat users. The progressive proofing is also useful. It is not available in other solutions."
"The smart campaign looks quite interesting and useful."
"The most valuable feature of this solution is Smart Campaigns."
"The product has been stable."
"I like that the solution is flexible."
"The most valuable features are the Marketo emails, both sending and tracking."
"HubSpot is mainly for enterprise clients and there is a lot of competition. There are better solutions, such as Eloqua and Marketo. This solution needs to improve the analytics for social media monitoring to a level that it can compete with other solutions available in the market. There are some limitations with the features compared to other solutions."
"They're not the cheapest."
"The product is not cheap."
"There are some issues with HubSpot Marketing Hub with receiving notifications. It was too difficult to understand, and it requires a lot of effort. Configuration could be simplified."
"It can be disorienting when they put out a new release/beta test without informing us. It can be a bit disorienting to have to figure out how to access and adjust things in a new layout unexpectedly."
"The way the staff uses the system sometimes leads to processes not being followed."
"The tool should improve email marketing solution. It is behind its competitors for bulk campaigns."
"Some customized reachouts might need additional levers or add-ons, especially when automating at scale for specific buying personas. That's when you might need some additional help, in my opinion."
"Marketo should give more power to the users for data manipulation."
"It could be more scalable."
"Adobe, the parent company, needs to improve on getting more information published to allow users to educate themselves on how to use the solution."
"The user experience needs improvement, particularly in terms of ease of use and navigation between projects."
"For the moment, we migrated some of our processes to Marketo and implemented them there. We had some difficulties related to this."
"I had an issue while integrating JavaScript with forms. When you embed JavaScript, you can either embed it in a landing page or some other self-contained management system like WordPress. Currently, it provides you access to CSS, where you can customize your form design, but there is no option for JavaScript modification for a particular form. This area needs to be improved where you can integrate JavaScript, and it has the JavaScript functions for that particular form. There are a lot of other areas of improvement. In the design area, they can give us more testing options instead of relying on email testing alone. It would be great if they can provide responsive testing where email clients can be tested within Marketo. It would be also helpful if they can implement some in-built options for users or forms for blocking a generic email ID such as Yahoo or Gmail. Similarly, it would be helpful to have JavaScript features and forms as well as the option to add Google analytics and a header and footer for the landing pages."
"Revenue management, attribution, and ABM can all be improved."
"Its APIs need to be more flexible because there are some things that are not available in the API."
