We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The most valuable feature is probably mobile device management. Small businesses are coming under greater scrutiny and requirements for compliance as time goes on. We don't have to worry about a VPN because we can manage these devices, control company data, and lock users out. If needed, we can remotely wipe devices and deadman-switch them.""It allows our clients to have the confidence to centrally manage policies for security. It helps them in securing the organization from a technology aspect.""The performance of Microsoft Intune is good.""Agile and easy to deploy MDM solution that covers the maximum number of policies. Stable, scalable, and with knowledgeable technical support.""I like the group policy management feature, which performs application monitoring and device enrollment.""It has a useful device management feature.""Autopilot is the most valuable feature.""The one feature we find most useful is the Mobile Application Manager. There are two types, we have the complete MDM and the Mobile Application Manager(MAM). We don't give our users phones, it is their own personal phone, and we need to allow them to have access to the company detail on their phone. We need to create a balance between their own personal data and the company data. We deploy the Mobile Application Manager for them so that we won't be able to interfere with their own personal data."

"We have seen improvements in compliance management on the devices.""The product is capable of acting in many different ways to help secure architecture.""ShareFile, in particular, is valuable with its ease of sharing, and the best category security that is in the hands of users.""The MAM applications of the product are great.""A valuable feature of Citrix Endpoint Management is that it's stable. The stability is not a challenge among the move to the cloud."

"It has great communication capabilities for team chatting and web conferences.""The solution has a very good log-in to the UI when compared to other solutions.""IceWarp has multiple applications that are easy to use for many people.""The groupware module is the most valuable feature.""Its price is the most valuable. It is definitely one of the lowest price solutions.""The solution's voice services work well for our company.""It's scalable and stable.""An effective, functional, very good tool for controlling resources."

Cons
"Microsoft Intune needs to improve the initial login process.""They need to add more group policies. Intune currently does not have many group policies that you can deploy. Its reporting, which is very limited at the moment, also needs improvement. It will be great if they can add report customization. Its stability needs to be improved. Sometimes, when you register a device in Intune, it doesn't show up instantly on the engine portal on the admin side. They need to provide better support for complicated issues. They also have a long turnaround time.""One area for improvement is app deployment. Another is the Windows update rollout. If you're rolling out an object to a device that's offline, Intune stops trying to reach this device after it sits idle for a bit. We are forced to find a workaround that could help manage that.""While Intune works perfectly well, the only potential downside is that the deployment could be a bit complex for some users.""Integrating certain group policies can be challenging and may necessitate using on-premises systems to integrate them with Microsoft Intune.""It should be easier to define policies and comply with those policies.""They need to integrate more with security options.""There should be more focus on mobile device security and integration."

More Microsoft Intune Cons →

"Requires integrating with ABM before enabling some of the features.""Citrix needs to improve the architecture. They also need to strengthen the application integration. They keep referring to some things to be required as security, and they keep selling the next level and on-premise separately. They should give the customer the opportunity to decide whether they want to use the next level on-premise or on-cloud, but they should not charge additional fees if the customer wants to deploy the next level on-premise because the customer is already being charged as the end user. They should allow next level on-premise optimization without any additional charges.""Support for inventory management of Apple devices should be added.""The tool’s battery usage was high."

More Citrix Endpoint Management Cons →

"With multiple databases for VOIP, chat and web IMAP, maintenance is cumbersome.""Support should be improved. Most of the time, the queries are not resolved within the SLA.""The solution should improve the mailing list feature. Google has a similar feature where you can automate sending files to different people in a sequence, but that feature is no longer available in the current version of IceWarp. Other features may also have been removed in the current version.""Our customers sometimes have problems receiving mail.""Although the documentation is extensive and in depth, you must familiarize yourself with it before taking full advantage of the product.""I would like to have a trial for mobile applications and more documentation similar to Google Drive with mobile applications.""Although it is not a tool, video conferencing should be scalable and operate in a professional and efficient way.""The exchange compatibility mode is rather limited. Their technical support can also be better. They only provide online support, and there should be some option for escalating."

There are two types: we have the complete MDM and the Mobile Application Manager (MAM). We don't give our users phones, it is their own personal phone, and we need to allow them to have access to the company details on their phone. We need to create a balance between their own personal data and the company data. We deploy the Mobile Application Manager for them so that we won't be able to interfere with their own personal data."
