"It provides a well-organized method for overseeing everything, especially considering the remote work aspect."
"QuickBase reminds me when a software license or a hardware support contract is near expiration so that I can initiate our company's procurement process in time and not miss a deadline."
"Allows users have anytime/anywhere access."
"I am impressed with the product's automation which makes everything easy."
"It has helped streamline and simply track status and collection of data from suppliers and other internal departments."
"I run my own business and the solution allows me to invoice and pay for additional resources. It has helped me in terms of invoicing, quoting, and doing recruitment measures."
"The product is easy to use."
"The most valuable features of Salesforce Sales Cloud are ease of use. It is very simple for the sales team to use. You can integrate it with a lot of other systems."
"I would recommend Sales Cloud for anyone who has a sales team that needs to be optimized and for any size of enterprise."
"The scalability is good."
"Salesforce Sales Cloud is a stable solution."
"The solution can scale massively. I've been quite impressed."
"Salesforce is a very powerful tool which helps us to build that through tools like Process Builder or Flows, or even write code to achieve these scenarios."
"I can see activity per customer. I can find out quickly and easily who was the last person I talked to, when it was, and what we were talking about."
"The performance is good, and it is easy to use."
"This rule: The Maximum is 60 rules. We need to provide more in order to improve."
"There is room for improvement in terms of user-friendliness."
"Third-party integration -- they are working on it and I find their brand-new still-in-beta Webhooks very promising."
"The dashboard is not organized."
"Its UI needs improvement. They should improve it and make it a little bit more modern. We should also be able to have more real-time information that connects with other software platforms. It has an open API, but it doesn't always connect with some of the other platforms that we would like to utilize. These are probably two of the biggest things for us, and hopefully, they will keep ensuring that in the future, they continually build QuickBase to be a little bit more efficient in that regard."
"The improved developer interface in some areas can be difficult to use for complex items."
"They could enhance the ability to link records between tables directly without the need for additional automation to increase space and time."
"Access to more standard default layouts and sample builds would be useful, and access to more training on use and flexibility."
"Sometimes, it is difficult to integrate it with my emails. I've had trouble integrating it with my emails. There were a couple of things I did try as well, but I wasn't able to do so. I've had difficulty in other areas too with integration. It was related to syncing my calendars. I want the tasks that I put in to automatically sync to my calendars and update my calendars, but I couldn't figure out how to do it."
"It could have a more user-friendly interface."
"Sales Cloud could be improved with more training. In general, the training is very good, but you have to really seek out some good options in order to upskill yourself. Another thing, which could also be a benefit, is that Sales is very customizable. If you move from one organization to another, you can see your Salesforce as before, but their Sales Cloud may look completely different from what you're used to. It's not like Microsoft Excel or Trello, where the layout and all the functions are the same. Because it's so customizable, I feel like there is a bit of a learning curve when you inherit another Sales Cloud instance. To be honest, I think that's the beauty of Salesforce because you can customize it so much to fit your needs as a company. It follows your processes and use cases in order for you to get the most out of the system itself."
"I would like to see a more affordable licensing model."
"The solution can be difficult to understand for customers of Salesforce."
"The user interface could be better in Salesforce Sales Cloud because it feels a little heavy."
"The solution is secure. However, they could always improve on security."
"There are also certain restrictions on the reports in terms of the number of records. Ideally, that should be removed."
