"Hyper-V helps to make a replica server between two machines. It is very easy to learn."
"It helps us build servers."
"The ease of use of Hyper-V is the most valuable feature."
"The solution allows us to take advantage of our physical environment."
"The solution is stable."
"This solution helps us with production of our office business needs."
"I like that Hyper-V comes for free with Windows Server. You don't need to buy the license, and you only have to pay for the management aspect in System Center."
"The solution is stable and the cost is reasonable."
"VMware vSphere has helped us create our infrastructures and provide services for our customers."
"The benefit of the solution is that you can create template-based servers within minutes. If you were to use a physical server, it would probably take several hours, if not a whole day, to get everything set up the way you need."
"vSphere does offer quite a bit of security stuff built-in. It is nice to know that we can have the virtual machines encrypted, so that if somebody were to get a hold of any of those files, we don't have to worry about them actually being used."
"I think that the solution is perfect. It's the best on the market."
"The installation process is very straightforward."
"The DRS feature of this solution is a very valuable feature."
"It provides a new environment in an expedient manner."
"It is absolutely simple and efficient to manage. We can bring in people who have never been exposed to vSphere or virtualized environments and they're still able to support it from a server standpoint. The training time as well as the adoption rate, for a junior technician or somebody coming right out of college, is very good."
"It needs to improve compatibility with third party software."
"When one server or one virtual machine fails, or one is turned off, the virtualization stops, and we have to initiate again with human intervention."
"I am using this solution with E-Notes. I heard that there will be future improvements in integration of the E-notes systems. This would be very helpful."
"The only issues we have had recently are with Windows updates that are built into the Windows server with Hyper-V."
"The corrupted volume is a problem."
"The only negative thing I heard was that the baseline price is very, very attractive relative to VMware, however, the vCenter counterpart, the thing that brings it all together, is quite pricey."
"We have our cluster connected to a Dell EMC VNX (SAN). The Hyper-V nodes are on Cisco UCS blades, and everything is interconnected via fiber. I attempted to use a virtual Fibre Channel connection to present a SAN volume to a VM but was not able to make that work."
"The area revolving around operations in the product has certain shortcomings where improvements are required."
"Sentencing has changed a lot."
"One of the areas creating a crash is when you are cloning."

"I recommend that VMware vSphere continue to release more features."
"Customer support takes a long time to respond."
"I’d like to see a better web console or rather, transform the web console in a real single pane of glass for the whole infrastructure instead of having to go for vRealize Ops Manager."
