Cons
"Often support just asks people to install a lot of upgrades. Sometimes they don't really give you clear details as to why you need to upgrade. They just say, "You need to upgrade this because there's a newer image, etc". They never really give you the reason underlying why you are having errors.""PeopleSoft lacks integration capabilities.""On the other hand, the more recent push for standardization precludes customized approaches to certain industry requirements.""One aspect where PeopleSoft could see improvement is in its level of customization.""The API integration could be better.""The product was too complicated when it came to navigating through multiple places and the search filters weren't great.""Scalability is not there in PeopleSoft. Its performance and resilience are also very bad. When you're trying to stretch it, it breaks. It is not resilient. It is also not stable. It is stable as far as data is concerned, but the infrastructure is not stable.""The product is not intuitive, and finding the right candidate can be arduous."

"It has a high cost.""Lacks sufficient technical support with slow response times.""The power of ABAP Development Tools is the main valuable feature in the SAP ECC system. Every couple of years SAP upgrades ABAP technology significantly, which facilitates developers' work.""The solution is quite expensive. They need to work on the pricing to make it more reasonable.""Technical support is an area that is in need of improvement.""Functionality could be improved.""Its user interface should be improved.""I would like to see the customization of the reports become easier to work with instead of having technical support have to assist us."
