Pros
"Microsoft Endpoint Manager is not expensive overall, especially for small environments.""The key benefit of Intune is its integration with the Microsoft ecosystem.""Conditional access has helped us tailor and enforce our security policies in the mobile space.""Application deployment and keeping the devices secure no matter where they are, by having this cloud solution — that has been great.""Configuration profiles, remediation, scripts, and auto-pilot features are very good.""This product offers an alternative solution to other UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) solutions.""It is quite policy-enabled, so you can build pretty much any policy to manage remote endpoints.""One of the most valuable aspects of Microsoft Intune is its seamless integration with Azure Active Directory, offering capabilities akin to Group Policy Objects."

"ShareFile, in particular, is valuable with its ease of sharing, and the best category security that is in the hands of users.""The MAM applications of the product are great.""A valuable feature of Citrix Endpoint Management is that it's stable. The stability is not a challenge among the move to the cloud.""We have seen improvements in compliance management on the devices.""The product is capable of acting in many different ways to help secure architecture.""One key feature is secure application delivery, which enables the secure delivery of mobile and web applications to end-user devices. This ensures data protection and compliance with corporate policies."

More Citrix Endpoint Management Pros →

"Its price is the most valuable. It is definitely one of the lowest price solutions.""The solution's voice services work well for our company.""It's scalable and stable.""The solution has a very good log-in to the UI when compared to other solutions.""It has great communication capabilities for team chatting and web conferences.""IceWarp has multiple applications that are easy to use for many people.""The most valuable feature of IceWarp is the chat rooms and file-sharing, they are useful. Cons
"Microsoft Intune could improve by being more user-friendly and having it geared toward device management. The graphic interface is not very good.""The most important thing is reporting. They should improve their reporting. They should give a free hand to users. In SCCM, I can create my own reports. For example, in SCCM, I can create an inventory report for my PC or for all PCs, but in Intune, we don't have an option to create any report. Microsoft claims that Intune is a successor of SCCM, but SCCM is more powerful than Intune. So, they should develop Intune more and make it equivalent to SCCM. Then, their product will be great in the market.""The feature that allows us to import the business application from the configuration manager to Intune is not very good at this time.""Intune's third-party patch management could be better. It should be easier for the average system admin to keep non-Microsoft applications updated.""I'm still playing around with it and haven't had any issues with the product yet, but support can definitely be improved.""There can be delays in the deployment of new policies.""It would be better if I could integrate it with my core group policy. I would like to have a group policy in my current environment, which has strict control, but those things are still missing. Although it has maximum compliance and security, it's not available on-premise.""There are some issues using the solution with macOS and iOS, and it offers limited granular control with them. Intune works better on Windows and Android."

More Microsoft Intune Cons →

"The tool’s battery usage was high.""Citrix often depends on other services like backend data centers, network security, and application firewalls. Issues in these areas can be misinterpreted as Citrix issues by users.""Citrix needs to improve the architecture. They also need to strengthen the application integration. They keep referring to some things to be required as security, and they keep selling the next level and on-premise separately. They should give the customer the opportunity to decide whether they want to use the next level on-premise or on-cloud, but they should not charge additional fees if the customer wants to deploy the next level on-premise because the customer is already being charged as the end user. They should allow next level on-premise optimization without any additional charges.""Requires integrating with ABM before enabling some of the features.""Support for inventory management of Apple devices should be added."

More Citrix Endpoint Management Cons →

"With multiple databases for VOIP, chat and web IMAP, maintenance is cumbersome.""The solution should improve the mailing list feature. Google has a similar feature where you can automate sending files to different people in a sequence, but that feature is no longer available in the current version of IceWarp. Other features may also have been removed in the current version.""I would like to have a trial for mobile applications and more documentation similar to Google Drive with mobile applications.""Our customers sometimes have problems receiving mail.""The tool's configuration capabilities are not straightforward. Apart from that, if I want to archive emails into a vault so that they can be retrieved again later, the integration doesn't work, and IceWarp crashes.""It is difficult to disable user rights on the console so some users accidentally delete their documents or user details.""Although the documentation is extensive and in depth, you must familiarize yourself with it before taking full advantage of the product.""Although it is not a tool, video conferencing should be scalable and operate in a professional and efficient way."

    Reviews from Real Users

Microsoft Intune stands out among its competitors for a number of reasons. Two major ones are its ability to secure all devices under its management and the flexibility that the solution offers its users.

A computing services manager notes, "Its security is most valuable. It gives us a way to secure devices, not only those that are steady. We do have a few tablets and other devices, and it is a way for us to secure these devices and manage them. We know they're out there and what's their status. We can manage their life cycle and verify that they're updated properly."

The head of IT engineering at a financial services company writes, "The one feature we find most useful is the Mobile Application Manager. There are two types: we have the complete MDM and the Mobile Application Manager (MAM). We don't give our users phones, it is their own personal phone, and we need to allow them to have access to the company details on their phone. We need to create a balance between their own personal data and the company data. We deploy the Mobile Application Manager for them so that we won't be able to interfere with their own personal data."

XenMobile is a comprehensive solution to manage mobile apps, data and devices, available both on-premises and in the cloud. Users have single-click access to all of their apps from a unified corporate app store and IT can easily configure, secure and support mobile devices. With XenMobile technology, IT can meet their compliance and control needs while giving users the freedom to experience work and life their way.
