I am a certified SAP Business Objects Administrator on the Business Objects XI 3.0/XI 3.1 Enterprise platform. I am certified/accredited on prior versions (XIR2, 6.5.x, 5.x) as well. I have completed our migration from Business Objects XIR2 Sp2 to Business Objects XI 3.1 Sp4. I have performance tuned and load balanced the enterprise application as well as cleaned up the security model and now runs like a charm in XI 3.1. I inherited the Business Objects XIR2 environment from someone else. I handle all license discussions, evaluations and audits on our system once a month to ensure 99% up time SLA's. I question developers methods when they don't meet our standards and understand what they are trying to accomplish. In most cases, I can find a better way to do what they are asking without having to custom code something that they were not aware of out of the box.
