The product is highly dependent on other tools, and it doesn’t have reporting functions
The product is quite poor in integration with the back end. We can’t report out of it very well. It's highly dependent on other tools. If it doesn't integrate properly, it can be quite complex to work with. I don't see any value in having a learning experience platform over and above a working LMS like Cornerstone. Getting data out as an administrator has always been bad because the product doesn’t have its own reporting functions. It has a reporting tool added to it. It's not part of the core system. It's very hard to report on data accurately and know that the data is accurate because it doesn't always reflect what's actually in the tool.

Easily configurable solution with impressive integration abilities
We are working with different companies to provide services regarding SAP SuccessFactors and HXM.  The integration, scalability, and ways of employee training deployment have benefitted the organization. The information tracking with KPIs feature is one of the many reasons why I would recommend…

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The integrations work fine."
"One valuable aspect of SAP SuccessFactors Learning is its stability and established customer base, particularly evident in modules like Employee Central."
"SAP SuccessFactors Learning's most valuable features are accessibility and updated UX. The solution can be accessed from outside of the office network and the user's experience is good."
"The most valuable feature for us in SAP SuccessFactors is the Performance Management module."
"I like the product because it has logically synchronized modules."
"Some valuable features include assigning various courses to employees based on their groups and roles, as well as providing specialized training for new hires."
"The platform's most valuable feature is personalized learning recommendations."
"The product offers a lot of information which we can share with systems."
"SAP SuccessFactors Learning is highly scalable."

Cons

"It's highly dependent on other tools."
"There is room for enhancement in their core HR system, Employee Central."
"The solution should have a more user-friendly dashboard because its current dashboard is not so great."
"The application integration between cloud and on-premises storage has been completed. However, there is still room for improvement in integrating EC and SAP applications."
"What needs improvement in SAP SuccessFactors Learning is the user interface. The user management and the integration of the whole suite could also be improved. The solution also needs to be modernized because at the moment, it's a little bit outdated. It's old-fashioned, and though it has a data import feature, that's just plain outdated. SAP SuccessFactors Learning doesn't have any cutting-edge features."
"The product's configuration process needs improvement."
"This solution does not support right to left for the Arabic Language, and the Arabic text support is very bad."
"SuccessFactors Learning solely serves as a plain learning experience platform without any pre-existing content."
"The technical support team has room for improvement."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The tool’s pricing is too much for what it is."
"On a scale from one to ten, where one is cheap and ten is expensive, I rate the solution's pricing a one out of ten."
"The additional costs in the solution are based on usage and in regard to the functionalities or services leveraged."
"My company does have to make yearly payments towards the licensing costs of the solution. My company considers the solution to be worth its price, but we don't consider it to be a cheap solution."
"The solution is expensive, but it's a good product."
"The solution is really cheap."
"SAP SuccessFactors Learning is an on-premise solution, there is a one-time fee, which will be given by a company during the implementation. Additionally, there are support fees, which are annual."
"Compared to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors Learning is not an expensive solution."
"I rate the price for SAP SuccessFactors Learning an eight out of ten, with ten being the highest."
