Good review of configurations, effective antivirus administration, and has weekly reports
The most important aspects of the solution includes: * Effective antivirus administration, weekly reports, and Windows Defender update monitoring; * Generate KPIs and management reports with monthly presentations on activities and updating the environment (success and failure); * Review of all configurations and implementation of best practices; * Integration configuration with Microsoft Intune; * App store setup in Microsoft Intune; * Daily check of patches generated by Microsoft; * Release of patches after alignment with DSBR; * Windows Defender updates, with immediate release; When the patch is not installed automatically, SCCM needs to identify that the patch has not been updated and automatically opens calls to the local field.
