We set up three months of archiving policies for standard users, six months of archiving policies for manager-level people, and one year of archiving policies for our board of directors and CEO. And those sets are working properly. We had an issue when a standard user was accessing an email through web access, but those things were closed by the technical team. Sometimes, we face issues while updating our Windows roll-ups. In such situations, we research Microsoft and enterprise portals and find some solutions to fix the issue. If the cloud version of Veritas Enterprise Vault has journal archiving, then it is the best tool. Veritas has been a market leader, and Veritas Enterprise Vault is a good and stable platform. Overall, I rate Veritas Enterprise Vault ten out of ten.
