Unlike other conferencing services, we've never had any issues with not being able to dial-in or sudden drop-outs when using GlobalMeet Audio.
Customer Service: I have rarely had to work with customer service because the product has been reliable. However, based on the type of marketing emails and overall professionalism I've received while working with our account manager I believe their customer service would be responsive and helpful as well. Technical Support: I don't recall ever needing to work with technical support because the product has been reliable. When we've had minor technical questions we've reached out to our account manager and they have been able to quickly respond. If there were any more advanced questions I believe they would escalate our issues to their technical support team but that has not occurred to date.

Lots of updates, helpful support, and many features
I use Zoom software in my online meetings with clients and for online training sessions, it has helped us a lot. It is great to be able to see everyone in the meeting and engaged, even if they are in a different location than I am, and to be able to share my screen with them and come up with new…

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"I am impressed with the tool's production support."
"It always works, and they try to appeal to what the user wants. They added features like background music for those people who use Zoom for online church services. They try to make the solution more useful for the user. For example, I tried to sell WebEx to a church, but I also gave them Zoom for a trial. They were impressed with that because that was the feature they were looking for."
"The initial setup is straightforward."
"The most valuable feature is that it's free."
"The solution is easy to set up."
"I rate Zoom as an eight out of ten, owing to the quality of its video and audio, its accountability, ease of use and intuitiveness."
"The solution is easy to scale."
"I find Zoom's sharing features, particularly presenting slides, quite useful. While I'm uncertain if it outperforms Teams in this aspect, I appreciate its functionality. Its breakout room feature is good."
"The most valuable feature of this solution is its ease of use."

Cons

"The tool is slow in updating changes. It also has a poor dashboard operating system."
"Zoom lacks dashboards, more could be included."
"They should consider increasing the time limits for free users."
"The updating feature of Zoom needs to be improved."
"Zoom's user interface could be improved. For example, it could have bigger buttons for elderly people."
"The security and chat features should improve in Zoom."
"I like to see the whole screen and sometimes, it is difficult to hide the speaker's picture or my own picture from the forefront of the Zoom screen."
"One thing I do wish was that there was more visibility. Sometimes I have to click into a reply-all to find out who is in the meeting and whether they've accepted or not."
"The interface could be more user friendly."
