"It's very stable and the performance is good."
"The storage on offer is excellent."
"Great scalability."
"The solution scales very nicely."
"Cloud Trail API log storage."
"Machine learning is a valuable feature."
"This solution is used as the basic requirement for any virtual machines use cases, the storage is used for each use case."
"The ease of use is the biggest benefit."
"When I started using Linode, I found its functionality easy to navigate, user-friendly and responsive to my needs. It provides clear reminders about services I'm not using, like DNS zones, which I appreciate."
"The fact that you can get a person on the phone has just been fantastic."
"Generally speaking, I have not found any faults using Linode. For what we wanted, they provided a complete solution."
"When it comes to the Linode Kubernetes Engine and the amount of automation it provides, it's awesome, it's a game-changer. If a process randomly dies, it could take me a while to notice that it has died, if I haven't set up monitoring. With Kubernetes, it will just restart itself using Heartbeats."
"The most valuable features are the simple scalability and ease of starting a new virtual machine."
"For small businesses and people who have some technical skills and are good with Linux command line, this solution is great. I love Linode because it is very fast. Whereas, the same configuration on Azure and AWS will be so slow. The best thing is that their pricing and speed are great."
"They have a very nice web interface to allow you to manage and reorganize your server."
"The solution integrates easily."
"When you are first starting, the initial setup can be a bit complex, but it gets easier after that."
"The pricing is reasonable but there is always room to be better."
"There should be seminars and online training sessions available from AWS because a lot of people who are not using it would benefit from having the basic knowledge or basic hands-on experience."
"The solution could always be further improved on the commercial side of things. Amazon Web Services are not cheap. It would be ideal if it was less expensive for the customer."
"We like everything about the solution except for the general price."
"The solution could be more user-friendly."
"The dashboard can be improved a little bit to provide more information."
"AWS could be improved with more integration, but I can see that they're developing these features and working very hard on their platform."
"It would be helpful if they provided the additional Linux distributions that I prefer using. But there is still a workaround. I can do it without direct support. It's a bit more complicated, but it can still be done."
"It's not really an issue with Linode itself but upgrading Linux major versions can be challenging. It would be be fantastic if Linode developed a way to ease transitioning to a major new Linux upgrade."
"I would like to see more seamless integration with backup, although it's pretty easy to do."
"I would like Linode (without cluttering things) to provide some type of DevOps workflow where people are configuring their pipelines from running their tests and deploying to their test server. Once approved by clicking a button, it just gets deployed to production. I would like something like Azure DevOps, which we use for large applications, and would be something nice to have in Linode."
"There is no notification from the company regarding upgrades."
"There is room for improvement regarding customer support."
"The network between different servers isn't very good. I have to install additional solutions to link the servers with each other."
"The only improvement in this aspect of the service which I can think of is perhaps a pool of developers who could be hired for those cases where the need goes beyond the support offered."
