"The most useful feature of Juniper Wireless AP is the reporting Marvis."
"The mobile app is good. We have many things that are connected through mobile. Most users use mobile to connect to the Wi-Fi."
"Its technical support is excellent."
"With a variety of switches in their setup, they find that Aruba's online monitoring tools and configuration options for applications effectively manage most of their requirements, all while keeping the process straightforward and user-friendly."
"It's really easy to set up. And, you don't have to pay for the cloud solution. That's really interesting for our clients. And the other thing is, the roaming is also quite good."
"The product is scalable. It has 20 users."
"The initial setup is very simple."
"Regarding access points, the customer typically considers low-cost plans, and Ruckus Unleashed Access Points are commonly used. These access points are managed through the Microsoft console and can be accessed either with or without ports. The management is done through a controller. The main benefits customers see include cost-effectiveness, especially for those with budget constraints. Aruba, in particular, provides a good user experience. Some customers might choose Huawei, but enterprise access points are also considered. Additionally, the unified access point capabilities are valuable, allowing management from the same account. However, there is a limitation of twenty-five access points, and if a customer requires more, they need to create another site or account. If the customer exceeds twenty-five access points, they need to generate another site or virtual business to manage additional access points, as the external number is limited to twenty-five."
"The most valuable feature of Aruba Instant On Access Points is they are easy to manage."
"The most useful feature of this product is the configuration that allows us to have several areas covered with one unit."
"I have found the most valuable features are the new Wi-Fi six technology and it also integrates with triple-A solutions. It has good bandwidth and virtual control."
"I think Aruba Wireless' Wi-Fi 6 capability is something that really makes a difference. We used to have bottlenecks. Each user has one laptop on one mobile device, so that equals 40 devices connecting to one AP. The Wi-Fi 5 series couldn't handle the traffic during peak hours, and when I say "peak hours," I mean Monday at 11 a.m. We used to see a lot of packet drops, but we haven't seen that problem at all since we moved to Wi-Fi 6."
"It's a very stable system."
"The most valuable feature is the client match."
"Aruba Wireless offers a good user experience."
"Aruba Central is a valuable feature because I can monitor access points remotely, even if I'm not in the office."
"The main features of Aruba Wireless in my country is its popularity, long hardware warranty when compared to other solutions, and it integrates well with our network access control solution."
"Improving third-party integration is key for Juniper Mist's next release."
"The pricing should be made cheaper."
"Juniper Wireless Access Points (AP Series) could improve if the MIST platform had a built-in master key. This would be an advantage."
"They should include SD-WAN features to it."
"Improvement is needed in the user-friendliness of Juniper Mist, particularly in enhancing the interaction with AI features."
"The solution is expensive."
"It would be helpful to have even stronger security features to help protect against interference from other nearby access points that aren't part of our network."
"If you want to do more specific stuff, it's a bit limited."
"I would like to see a feature that blocks, increases, or decreases bandwidth capacity for devices."
"The solution can be more integrated with other brands."
"The tool is priced high."
"It's only suitable for smaller offices. It doesn't scale well."
"When I first deployed the solution, I couldn't use a tagged VLAN for the management. It might already have been fixed in a recent firmware upgrade."
"The solution's range could be better."
"The solution should include higher speed and lesser cost."
"When there are a lot of people connected, especially during video streaming demonstrations, the connection can get a bit choppy."
"If you want a centralized management system that is able to manage all your networking devices such as the wireless, the switch, the routers, and the firewall, then Aruba may not be the one, because Aruba doesn't do firewalls."
"I believe more security options are needed."
"We needed the help of network consultants to complete the setup for us."
"They should simplify the configuration flow."
"MAC authentication against an external Radius server while using 802.1X. This feature will help the L2 devices to authenticate via external Radius servers."
"The ARM functionality does not always seem to perform how I would like. In some cases, I have had to manually assign channels to avoid channel confusion."
"The management system would be better if it were more polished, if it had a better interface like, for example, Meraki"
"Because it's cloud-based, it takes time for the floor maps and the heat map to load."
