"Almost all the features are valuable, but the most important is proactive threat detection. The overall administration, seamless integration, and being able to have one platform for monitoring our applications for suspicious activities and any potential security threats are also valuable."
"Alerts of cloud activity happening across all accounts is helpful."
"People implementing this solution are concerned with addressing a significant risk, and within the AWS realm, this tool does de-risk substantially."
"It saves time because I can look across the organization. Instead of checking 50 different accounts atomically and spending 15 minutes investigating each, I can spend 15 minutes exploring all 50 accounts. It allows me to quickly look across the org for similar problems when one comes up. That's a huge time saver."
"The feature that I value the most about Check Point CloudGuard CNAPP is the possibility of checking compliance with different standards. This compliance check can be performed for each subscription or service that we have on all the different cloud providers that we use."
"The product enables us to check the information that goes out of the company."
"It offers a range of features tailored to address the unique security challenges."
"We like the GSL Builder feature. When you're running a security operations center, you spend a lot of time monitoring endpoint activity to ensure there is no malicious traffic or anonymous access in the environment. The GSL Builder is helpful for deep investigations of a particular reason for an incident. You can use it to get more information."
"Many websites require an SSL certificate because they sell stuff and want SSL. Cloudflare comes with an SSL certificate built in. It's automatic. You sign yourself up for Cloudflare, and an SSL certificate automatically protects your website. You don't necessarily need a certificate if you have a connection between your website and your host, the server, Cloudflare, and the host."
"The solution provides good load balancing and protection against DDoS attacks."
"It is easier to configure and develop documentation to see how we have configured firewalls."
"There are key things that are used for our enterprise customers, such as Lambda and DNS."
"Cloudflare is a security SaaS provider that provides security and protects us from any application layer attack."
"The solution offers the flexibility to control configuration rules."
"I like Cloudflare's application gateway and DDoS protection."
"From what I've seen so far, there are no negatives to report as of yet"
"The price of this solution should be reduced so that it is more affordable to scale."
"When rules change, it messes up the remediation. They haven't found a fix for that yet. The remediation rule goes into limbo. It's an architectural design flaw within their end compliance engine—a serious bug."
"Streamlining the user interface would greatly improve the user experience."
"The dashboard customization has room for improvement."
"The integration process could be enhanced by enabling integration at the organizational level rather than requiring the manual setup of individual accounts."
"The Check Point Infinity admin portal sometimes freezes."
"Almost all features are good, however, they still require improvements to the code security portion on which integration with the major source code repository is required."
"Integration could be improved."
"If they improve on the placement of their data centers, it would be better. I'm living in a remote area. I would like to connect to them without any kind of lag."
"Cloudflare's console should be made more user-friendly."
"We're facing challenges due to an upgrade in the machine learning model. The problem arises from some users abusing the APIs, resulting in an influx of suspicious traffic. Cloudflare's learning model mistakenly identifies this traffic as human. Consequently, it assigns it a higher trust score, akin to legitimate human traffic, causing complications in our architecture. Previously, such traffic would have been categorized as suspicious, enabling us to apply appropriate blocking rules. However, we encounter difficulties distinguishing between genuine and suspicious traffic with the new categorization. Despite these challenges, overall, Cloudflare remains the preferred solution compared to Azure, AWS CloudFront, and Google Cloud Armor."
"Support response time could be improved."
"Even if I wanted to, I wouldn't be able to buy Cloudflare in my country."
"Cloudflare does not have an on-premise solution. If they had different approaches they could be better suited to accommodate more customers, such as on-premise and hybrid deployments. For example, hybrid deployments would be useful where you could move the traffic from the enterprise to the cloud."
"I would like Cloudflare to offer a dedicated account manager for large enterprise clients like us."
"The product needs to improve its automation."
