"In terms of reporting, in terms of all the user reports, it's very rich."
"The most valuable feature of Juniper Wireless Access Points (AP Series) is the ability to troubleshoot ports on the network. Additionally, when there is an update on the APs they are able to reboot quickly reducing downtime. Other solutions have a longer downtime when updates are done."
"The solution is very secure."
"I have found it to be stable."
"Its management is most valuable. It is the major feature of Meraki."
"What I liked about these is that they worked. I didn't touch them or do anything with them. They were up and running when I came here. Once they are set up and running, you don't have to worry about them."
"I can control any number of sites globally with a lean IT team."
"The solution ensures seamless connectivity as users move within the office. Six installed Meraki APs provide excellent coverage for around three hundred users, offering reliable speeds. Additionally, the system allows guests and users with priority devices to connect using their SAP ID. The traffic is managed through D and G controllers to meet the specified requirements for continuous connection and speed."
"The most amazing part is that their Access Points have the ability to connect to multiple conference devices at different times, and it shows you the very in-depth Wi-Fi analytics through their dashboard."
"Meraki is a decent solution for a small company, and we use it in a pretty typical way. We need Teams and Zoom to work, and we need a high level of security because we want our business to remain confidential."
"If you're trying to identify one of the switches or pinpoint a computer or pinpoint something, you could find it just like that and change the IP address. It's easiest to do it that way."
"The most valuable feature of Ruckus Wireless WAN is the antenna technology."
"The most valuable feature is the ease of adding an access point."
"The solution can scale well."
"The most valuable solution is its simplicity. The solution is simple and easy to use."

"The feature I like most, is the product activity."
"The strongest point for Ruckus has always been the radio hardware."
"Enrolling into the tool is a tedious process."
"If you want to do more specific stuff, it's a bit limited."

"The product should include adaptive Wi-Fi to show a more accurate location."

"The solution is expensive."
"The pricing is very high in the Indian market."
"Juniper Wireless AP can improve by continually improving its reporting and integration with other systems."
"The licensing isn't very customer-centric. They may have improved it, but previously, if you forgot to pay on a certain day, your service would be shut off."
"Its licensing can be better."
"There could be more functionality."
"The technical support for Meraki needs improvements made to the waiting times."
"It would be better if they enable full integration with Cisco's cloud-based network in the next release."
"The initial setup was simple. However, the full deployment could be easier."
"It is expensive. Juniper seems to have a lot more to offer for future expansion. Juniper has some features that are not there in this solution."
"The price could be slightly lowered to make it more competitive in the market."
"In comparison to Cambium, I find Cambium to be more robust in terms of performance."
"There could be more power supply for the radio features."
"The pricing, when compared to Ubiquiti, isn't competitive enough. If you want to have a Government or Public sector client they will ask why they should pay 200 euros if they can get something for 40 euros."
"They could include a firewall feature in the next release but even there it's not really necessary"
"I have some friends who have not heard of Ruckus, but are aware of other competitors."
"We had a problem with the delivery of the solution."
"This product needs a point-to-point, bridge solution."
"So far, I find Ruckus Wireless WAN okay in terms of the technology and existing business network, but licensing could be more flexible, especially the IoT license that was changed to adapt to the IoT Controller and sensor subscription. The previous licensing method for Ruckus Wireless WAN was better. In my opinion, it wasn't a good decision to change it because the customer prefers the previous licensing over the current licensing. It's not only about the money in terms of licensing, but also about flexibility. The latest license change isn't as flexible. I also found the cloud solution not partner-friendly, so that could also be improved. Another area for improvement in Ruckus Wireless WAN is answering partner requests because currently, it doesn't seem easy for them. What I'd like to see in the next release of the solution is the AP having its MQTT forwarder. Ruckus Wireless WAN AP supports IoT modules now and to use the IoT modules, you need all IoT data to pass through the IoT Controller. If I could forward that IoT data directly to my environment, similar to what you can do with other solutions, that would be great."
