Users can't set it up so that visitors can log in via Facebook or social media as they can at, for example, airports. D-Link should include hotspots that offer integration with social media. They can just use Facebook.""The cloud managed solution needs improvement, and they should focus on the SD-WAN segment with regard to integration.""The tool's technical support can get difficult sometimes. We got a technician only after complaining for 10-15 days. The tool's technicians need to be made available everywhere.""The performance offered by D-Link Wireless can be a bit problematic at times, owing to which it is an area that can be considered for improvement.""D-Link has some catching up to do in terms of advancing and improving its technology.""Sometimes we configure the SSID with a password but the same AP shows two WiFi connections with the same SSID name (one is protected by a password and another one give access without a password)."

"TP-Link Auranet EAP is not very efficient, they need to improve it.""Aruba has better scaling capabilities.""Omada's ordering platform could be improved, though. Some of their distributors are a pain to work with.""Omada could add some API integrations that would help with our automated solution. We're trying to integrate, and we're having some issues because some of the calls are not there. The API still needs some development.""Upgrading the hardware capabilities to newer versions like Wi-Fi 6 or Wi-Fi 7 would be a helpful improvement.""We have some issues with stability. It is not so fast. That is the main problem.""The technical support could be improved.""It is less affordable for smaller businesses."
