"It's a complicated tool to keep.""The initial setup could be simplified. Every time you have to install the solution you have to get in touch with support or somebody that can to do that for you.""The signature updates could be faster. Sometimes we have to upload signatures to the Imperva portal for checking and analysis before we can use them.""The UI interface needs improvement.""The tool's UI is complicated. It would be best to have a more accessible UI dashboard to make the job easier.""The solution works for particular zones but isn't always the best solution for all zones.""There could be some limitations that from the converged infrastructure perspective: when you want to converge with everything and you want Imperva to get there easily because it's not a cloud component. For example, when you want to build servers and you're using OneView to manage your software-defined networks, implementing Imperva right away is not that simple. But if you're doing just a simple cloud infrastructure with servers in there, you're good to go. Also, we are not able, with Imperva, to block by signatures. Imperva by itself needs to be complemented with another service to do URL filtering.""It would be helpful to have a "recommended deployment", or even a list of basic features that should either be used or turned on by default."

"Prisma is good about compliance, and their support is excellent, but they struggle with automation and integration. They need to stay on top of the newest types of connectors. How can you connect other applications and other tools in order for this to work cohesively? That's a challenge.""They can improve the integrations into the SDLC lifecycle.""They need to improve the API gateway.""Getting new guys trained on using the solution requires some thought. If someone is already trained on Palo Alto then he's able to adapt quickly. But, if someone is coming from another platform such as Fortinet, or maybe he's from the system side, that is where we need some help. We need to find out if there is an online track or training that they can go to.""The deployment and onboarding are plug-and-play, but somewhat hard to handle in terms of integration with external operations tools. The product design isn't up to the current standard.
