Pros
"The solution is stable.""The AI capabilities of Mist Wireless are superior to other OEMs.""In terms of reporting, in terms of all the user reports, it's very rich.""Overall, we've been very pleased with the performance.""The most valuable feature of the solution is Marvis, the AI-driven network management system.""The solution is pretty generic and easy to use.""The artificial intelligence feature is very good.""With Mist, every Wednesday they roll out new features."

"The internet connectivity is good.""[Being] able to configure the WiFi devices and to see utilization remotely, or from the cloud.""Our company sometimes uses the solution's technical support, and we have seen that they sort out our general problems quickly.""The metrics demonstrate that NETGEAR really does a good job of balancing the load between the various access points on the networks and this results in an elimination of downtime.""The product's deployment is straightforward.""The initial setup of NETGEAR Insight Access Points was straightforward.""From the WiFi aspect, it's very intuitive and easy to use. The solution enables me to manage my entire WiFi from anywhere in the world...""We use NETGEAR's Insight management solution to do off-property controls. It is user-friendly and provides network management, monitoring, and service deployment across multiple remote and local sites. That means I don't have to be physically at a location to do things if I want to make any changes to the network. It saves time and money."

"The pricing is reasonable.""The most valuable feature of the solution stems from the fact that it is easy to deploy and reliable.""The most valuable feature of TP-Link Auranet EAP is its high performance.""The solution's most valuable feature is its price.""When this solution is set up, it is solid. It offers fast deployment.""We don't have any issues 90 percent of the time. It works fine in most situations. It has been a success story for delivering WiFi services in Romania. Cons
"Enrolling into the tool is a tedious process.""Improving third-party integration is key for Juniper Mist's next release.""There is room for improvement in terms of support and installation.""The pricing is very high in the Indian market.""The product should include adaptive Wi-Fi to show a more accurate location.""It would be helpful to have even stronger security features to help protect against interference from other nearby access points that aren't part of our network.""Improvement is needed in the user-friendliness of Juniper Mist, particularly in enhancing the interaction with AI features.""I need a bit more time with it before criticizing the features."

More Juniper Mist Wireless Access Points Cons →

"A con is the backend system which is very, very slow.""The biggest issue I've had is that it works very well with the WiFi, but it does not offer any assistance at all with the routers. You can't control them or manage them at all. As soon as you want to use anything on the network side—because I have multiple 28-port switches—you can't manage them using this app.""There is always room for improvement.""While the data throughput does provide us with full insight into data being used, we find that it's not very accurate.""Software-wise, they need to provide the ability to kick users out. If multiple users are abusing the system or the network, I should be able to block them for a time and, when I need to unblock them, I should be able to do so by using their MAC ID. That feature might already be there and I just don't know about it.""The pricing and standard connectivity can be further improved.""Due to certain shortcomings in the solution's stability, I feel that the solution's stability requires improvement.""The registration is annoying. I have to go back to NETGEAR and log tickets. Access points and router registration are something that they need to address in Insight. They need to fix the bug of getting the devices activated and enrolled in Insight without fighting with them. I have probably done about six of these in the last month. You get to see patterns."

More NETGEAR Insight Access Points Cons →

"There is room for wider improvements and additional features to enhance managing capabilities.""Aruba has better scaling capabilities.""Omada could add some API integrations that would help with our automated solution. We're trying to integrate, and we're having some issues because some of the calls are not there. The API still needs some development.""The solution takes a long time to switch to another connection, which should be improved.""Omada's ordering platform could be improved, though. Some of their distributors are a pain to work with.""The price of the solution is an area requiring improvement since I want the solution to be made available at a cheaper price than its current market price.""There should be more remote support for the mobile application.""The technical support could be improved."
