Neil Simpson says in a Bizagi review
Founder/Principal at a tech services company with 51-200 employees
Bizagi offers phenomenal ease of use - building working solutions and making continuous improvements is very quick/agile and does not require a large technical team "behind the curtain" to assist with completing the application, resolving compilation and deployment issues, etc. With the appropriate governance framework, properly trained business analysts can be empowered to design and build business solutions themselves. * Plugin development implementing domain specific languages on UML making modeling much easier for non UML experts * Customized diagram types * Customized report templates for producing Word, Powerpoint, Excel from models * Producing complete architecture and IT design documents from models (model-driven documentation) * Generic tables as a diagram type that allows for viewing the same elements and relations of your diagrams as rows in a table with their properties as editable columns (such a great feature) * V18 comes with a mighty improvement for search called smart packages that allow you to save search request, materialize results, and feed generic tables. * Engineering and reverse engineering of data models and interfaces View full review »

The most valuable feature for us is the Bizagi Modeler. It provides for easy to use modeling, respecting FULLY the BPMN 2.0 standard. Objects are fully reused (import/integration) with Bizagi Studio. The free online Help and E-Learning is very strong. It is very complete and well done!! This solution is very easy to use and is very stable. Overall, this is a very good tool to drive the global Process Architecture of a company. View full review »

Wayne Richards says in an ARIS BPM review
Business Solutions at a healthcare company with 1-10 employees
The most valuable feature is that you can relate different aspects of an organization to each other, and you can clearly define the rates seen in the application. And, with all of the reporting you can clearly see which resource is doing the most and which resource is not doing enough. So, there is an over or under capacity visualization. View full review »

The main feature of Bizagi is the speed to which we can automate processes and how we can modify them without a strong impact on the end users. Another feature of this product is its technical documentation. View full review »

Associate Director - Automation, AI at a tech services company with 10,001+ employees
Rapid development and overall functionalities are decent. The fact that users can look at the process and alignment, it is a big plus. Also that it is an out-of-the-box connector for SAP is a definite edge. View full review »

MahdiJalali says in a Visual Paradigm review
Founder at Rozhmaan
The solution allows for different models to be integrated together. For example, if you have a chart or more than four organization charts, then you can use the concepts in your BPM and model. Or your BPM and model can be linked to visual models or use cases. View full review »

Badr-Chergui says in an ARIS Cloud review
Manager Enterprise Architect - Consultant at a financial services firm with 1,001-5,000 employees
The most valuable feature is the platform because it allows me to access different devices using different operating systems, such as Microsoft or Mac. In terms of UX design, somebody who has not had experience with ARIS will be able to use it very easily. They will, however, need to have knowledge about architecture and the facilities that ARIS can provide in a business situation. View full review »

The cloud version has the advantage that you can work on it from anywhere. You can add data from your emails that are in the cloud, or use your mobile devices. This tool has methods for modeling processes, which is our requirement. If you have previous specifications for UML, EPC, BPMN then all of the models are equal. View full review »

Ahmed-Hussien says in an iGrafx review
Telecommunications Process Improvement Suprevisor at a comms service provider with 10,001+ employees
iGrafx is the most comprehensive way to have all the cross-feeds and the documents related to workflows, like cross-notes. Another good feature is that the numbering of the shapes in iGrafx is much easier and more convenient, in comparison to what is found in Visio. So far I haven't found anything similar to what I have with iGrafx, in that regard. And when I add a note to a box or a process, I can have these notes summarized when I get a printable version from iGrafx. It turns them into a PDF and I see a summary for all the processes and all the steps that have notes. I'm going to miss these things if our company moves to Visio or Aris. I'm also using the FlowCharter and the Viewer. View full review »
Carval Swaby says in a MEGA HOPEX review

Andrew-Lim says in a Visio review
Managing Director at Andrew Lim Consulting
The ability to create BPMN Diagrams with the Visio Professional, the ability to import Rules from the BPMN 2.0 Rule Set, and Check the diagram according to the BPMN 2.0 rules are the most valuable features. The Align features are easy to use and keep the diagram neat and tidy as you model the business process with the stakeholders in process discovery workshops. You need to be pretty competent to be able to map the process on the spot. The access to commonly used features with the right click of the mouse and F8 (Align) are the best features. Veronica Kotze says in a Bizagi review
Senior Specialist Consultant - Strategy Execution at cognition-labs
I like all of the features. I like that you can simulate the processes and add the time standard. It has a good modeling interface, although there are some improvements that we may implement. The e-learning was useful, helpful, and saved us time. It gets people up to speed very quickly and because it has interesting standards it was easy to adopt and ensure conformity. View full review »
