Webmaster at a maritime company with 501-1,000 employees
What I like most about this solution, is the space feature that is used to store documents. I like it that I can store files to access whenever and wherever I want. I can access files on my laptop from anywhere. The other valuable feature is that the solution is fast and secure. The program runs seamlessly. I simply send my files to the cloud where they are stored, and I don't have to worry about losing my phone or laptop, I know exactly where they are. I don't have to use any other features in terms of sharing it, for instance. View full review »

Application Support Leader at a software R&D company with 201-500 employees
The first thing that we liked about this solution is that administrators do not have access to private folders. This allowed us to set up folders for our HR and finance departments, as well as the CEO, which are not shared with any of the other administrators. View full review »

All the G Suite tools are in the highly secure and highly available Google infrastructure, and no hardware or software is required. The platform requires only minimal administration. In addition, G Suite applications are simple, and you can download browser add-ons for most tasks that are not compatible internally with Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides. View full review »

The most valuable features are the speed at which G Suite Enterprise works. I also like the archiving features which is also much faster than in other solutions on the market. In addition, Google Maps has been a valuable asset to share within my department, users in my organization, or in my user groups. All of the above features are easy to use and entirely secure. Daniel Ochoa says in a Microsoft OneDrive review
Personal docente at a university with 501-1,000 employees
The most valuable feature is to be able to modify the file online and keep it stored on the cloud, since it is not necessary to download it to make modifications. Modifications can only be made by people with permissions given by the administrator of the document. Another feature that I like is the visualization of images. It is excellent, the images are shown in a good way, and the image management is great since the search is simple, and accessing images with labels is easy. View full review »

Work documents are dynamic. As staff work on them, they change. It is important that when a staff member is working with any document, he/she uses the most current version. Dropbox enables this to happen through syncing, which enables updating a document as it is being worked on. View full review »
Manuel Aguilar says in a Microsoft OneDrive review
Geophysical Analyst at a energy/utilities company
What I find the most valuable is that while working with documents saved in the cloud, they autosave. This saves considerable time and ensures that your documents will not be lost. I also love that it comes pre-installed with Windows 8 and 10. This saves time since we do not need to install any software to start saving or sharing documents. View full review »

Software Tester at a tech consulting company with 11-50 employees
Since my goal was to extend my analysis, I found the additional Drive and Gmail storage to be very valuable. Next is the interroperability with Microsoft Outlook, which is a feature also used with Hotmail. I figured the 24/7 phone and email support was a must, too for a new business/startup.
