Neil Simpson says in a Bizagi review
Founder/Principal at a tech services company with 51-200 employees
Bizagi offers phenomenal ease of use - building working solutions and making continuous improvements is very quick/agile and does not require a large technical team "behind the curtain" to assist with completing the application, resolving compilation and deployment issues, etc. With the appropriate governance framework, properly trained business analysts can be empowered to design and build business solutions themselves. System Architect at a pharma/biotech company with 1,001-5,000 employees
ServiceNow Discovery is very valuable. It does, however, come at a steep cost of time and effort to implement it correctly. Do not be fooled into thinking it will "just work." Discovery, within any platform, requires meticulous planning and management to have it work for you. No discover solution is ever the "silver bullet" either, so plan to have more than one discovery engine implemented to cover your enterprise. View full review »
Alain says in a Bizagi review

The most valuable feature for us is the Bizagi Modeler. It provides for easy to use modeling, respecting FULLY the BPMN 2.0 standard. Objects are fully reused (import/integration) with Bizagi Studio. The free online Help and E-Learning is very strong. It is very complete and well done!! This solution is very easy to use and is very stable. Overall, this is a very good tool to drive the global Process Architecture of a company. View full review »
David Hendrickson says in a Zudy VINYL review
Senior Director of IT at NXC Imaging
The most valuable features of Zudy VINYL are the abilities for us to rapidly develop applications, deploy them easily, and then make adjustments as we realize the things that we forgot to put in the first release or the second release. We've done eight releases in eleven months for our field management solution. View full review »
it_user561243 says in a ServiceNow review
IT Coordinator at a financial services firm with 1,001-5,000 employees
The most valuable feature is the flexibility of development for customization. For example, we are starting now to expand the tool for HR and some other departments. They need applications or processes to improve their tasks. For instance, right now we are discussing, with the Internal Risk team, creation of an application inside ServiceNow so they can open a ticket and follow all the steps according to their process. One of the nice things about ServiceNow is that, if you have your process, you can design the ticket and the form according to your process. That is very useful and can be done quickly. Jon Pederson says in a Zudy VINYL review
CFO of the Markets Group at a media company with 10,001+ employees
The Lite Integration is really the key thing. You're able to attach the VINYL software to a variety of different systems very easily and pull data together in a way that is really difficult to do using traditional technology. That's really the key, core functionality that really makes the software very useful. Also, the fact that it's a no-code platform also makes it easier for people to understand and deal with internally, to continue to build applications and modify existing applications. Director of Channels and Alliances at a tech vendor with 11-50 employees
The biggest feature is that it is cloud-based, so it's always updated, it's always current. We don't have to worry about patches, revisions. We're always working with the latest version. The features continue to improve. We get new features and we can choose to turn them on or not, but we're always getting them. That is part of the program. View full review »

The main feature of Bizagi is the speed to which we can automate processes and how we can modify them without a strong impact on the end users. Another feature of this product is its technical documentation. View full review »

Rapid development and overall functionalities are decent. The fact that users can look at the process and alignment, it is a big plus. Also that it is an out-of-the-box connector for SAP is a definite edge. View full review »

SamirTafech says in a ServiceNow Now Platform review
Senior Digital Enterprise Director at DetaSad
Incident Management and workflow are the most valuable features for us for the time (at least for us currently). Also Learning materials, such as online courses, are readily available. This solution is not difficult, and I have learned it from taking e-courses. I am actively giving the courses to my full team, because I want them to learn about it as well. when it comes for the interface of ServiceNow is ok, and it is easy to use. View full review »

I like all of the features. I like that you can simulate the processes and add the time standard. It has a good modeling interface, although there are some improvements that we may implement. The e-learning was useful, helpful, and saved us time. It gets people up to speed very quickly and because it has interesting standards it was easy to adopt and ensure conformity. View full review »

ProgrammerAnalyst11 says in a Zudy VINYL review
Programmer Analyst at a manufacturing company with 1,001-5,000 employees
As a programmer, I came from a programming world, so it was hard for me to use the tool because it was very foreign to a programmer, but it's very dynamic. So if I build one panel, it can go across to the different tools, phone, iPad, computer, and I don't have to worry about redesigning it for each platform. Only because consultants can see places to use the tool where we're blind to that because we've just done it that way in the past. I don't know if I'm explaining myself right, but when they come in they can see a need for it, or a use case for it, that we would have never picked. So the consultants have provided places where the tool can benefit us that we would have never thought of. View full review »
ExecutiveDirector18 says in a Zudy VINYL review

Scott Grabowski says in a Zudy VINYL review
Manager of Retail Technology at Brooks Brothers
One of the most valuable features of VINYL is its flexibility. We've been able to change direction if needed, once we've learned lessons when we finally started using parts of the product. That flexibility and speed to get to market is really a strength, combined with its ability to connect to other data sources. It doesn't need to house much data. It's really, really strong in connecting to your other systems or third parties that you might subscribe to and pull it all into one place where you can use it. View full review »
Edwin Patterson says in a Zudy VINYL review
Director, Technology Management at PGT Trucking
There are two most valuable features: one is the ability to pull data from a bunch of different places and put them together. The second is the speed at which you can get a new app developed. Instead of waiting months for this new app to come out, if you have an internal team putting it together, you can roll it out in weeks. I've even seen days. It's incredible how fast you can make changes. View full review »

VINYL's flexibility: We have been able to leverage the platform to rapidly build custom solutions, and tailor-make them to our needs. To date, the speed of app creation and extensibility of the product have allowed us to solve critical business problems in a timely manner. From a front-end perspective, the apps which we have built are intuitive to use. View full review »
Sridhar Babu says in a ServiceNow review
Senior Software Engineer at a tech services company with 10,001+ employees
I have found many features that are important and that are easier when compared to Remedy; for example, the Scripted REST APIs and the Flow Designer. These all look like features at the configuration level. But in Remedy, there is coding to do, while here it's just a drag-and-drop. I found that very useful. Also, the Client scripts are simpler when you compare with Remedy. And finally, the upgrades. The upgrade in Remedy is a project. But here, it is zero downtime for any code changes in an upgrade. These are all things which really are advantages ServiceNow. View full review »
