Easy collaboration, useful chat-room, and scalable
IceWarp is a good system to use and it's reasonably priced. Even if you choose to host it on their servers, they have low-cost options available. It's a good value compared to other options, such as Google or Zoho. Other email services were decent, but they didn't have features, such as file sharing, chat rooms, or intercom functionality....
