I would give 7 to 8. There is always room for improvement. For example: Deployment process ,Appliance and Proxy VM, is getting configuration done in VM Console. This configuration can definitely be done on web interface (e.g. vROPS) for sake of simplicity and admin sanity. LDAP / Active Directory integration configuration is not straight...
