Hey! That's a great question to ask. While I'm biased and use Kryon for RPA, I do have a colleague who has worked with Softomotive before. Here are a few pros and cons:

The pros:
-The work is made easier
-It's a good gateway for newcomers
-The data scraping feature is fast

The cons:
-Cloud support is no available to remotely access the robots
-The data scraper mentioned above requires knowledge to access it completely
-The tutorial guides have not been updated to meet the needs of new software upgrades
-It's quite expensive

Here are a few reasons of why I lean to the Kryon side when it comes to RPA:

-Can honestly work twice as fast as a person without compromising the accuracy of the results. The results are much more accurate, as they leave no room for human error.

-The use cases are quite endless - a huge advantage if you're working with multiple clients or juggling several projects
