Pros
"The solution is stable.""Dynamics is a complete tool that helps the company measure and track sales, orders, current customers, and the sales pipeline.""Compared to other partners, the most valuable aspect of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is its intuitive APIs, which are customizable and allow for the addition of multiple parameters and attributes. This feature enhances the purpose call in our services. Additionally, the learning curve for contact center agents using Microsoft Dynamics CRM is shorter than with other solution providers. Finally, the commercial aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CRM are superior to those of other solution providers.""Dynamics is easy to use. There are several fields I can filter.""Technical support is completely good.""It is good for sales and service maintenance. It has various integration tools.""The solution's return on investment is worth it.""Microsoft Dynamics CRM has plenty of valuable features."

"You can capture all the contacts that relate to an account or business, including personal details.""The most valuable features of Salesforce Sales Cloud are opportunity management and metric integration.""The reporting features are useful.""The most valuable features of Salesforce Sales Cloud are code hub management and sale opportunity management.""I would recommend Sales Cloud for anyone who has a sales team that needs to be optimized and for any size of enterprise.""The ability to work on it from anywhere is most valuable. All you need is a computer, a browser, and an internet connection to access your instance. It can be accessed from anywhere, which is pretty cool and user-friendly.""The most valuable features of Salesforce Sales Cloud are increased productivity and business accuracy.""I would rate Salesforce Sales Cloud's scalability as very good. We have scaled from 30 to 150 within three years without a glitch."

"The product integrates with third-party tools easily.""I have found the sales reporting feature specifically useful as it provides reporting and visualization which helps in decision-making. I use this to understand where to improve, which in-turn, helps generate sales.""We use SAP CRM for customer service improvement. The main idea is to make sure our team has the right information when talking to customers. This helps them process things like price approvals for quotes faster. The goal is to make the product more efficient, and faster, and, in the end, provide better customer service.""The flexibility to design the portal and customize it according to the needs of the clients is valuable. The integration with SAP ERP is also valuable.""SAP CRM integrates well with SAP ERP which is useful.""The most valuable feature is lead management and integration.""When we are using SAP CRM we receive more accurate results than using any other CRM system.""The primary use case for us is lead creation and data management."

Cons
"Microsoft Dynamics CRM could improve by being more user-friendly and having a better design. I have used Service Desk and it is not user-friendly but this solution is worse. The graphical interface is not intuitive, you need someone to guide you or you will have difficulties navigating around to find the file you need. The data we are normally dealing with is boring enough and the interface could be more attractive and more exciting. The tabs and arrangement could be done better to be more user-friendly. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are fine and Microsoft should extend their user-friendliness and intuitiveness to Microsoft Dynamics.""Microsoft Dynamics CRM could improve by being more user-friendly.""The manufacturing module could be improved. I would like to see customization in the next release.""I am happy with it. If anything, its interface could be improved.""Microsoft Dynamics CRM's customer support could be improved as tickets usually take a long time to resolve.""The solution could improve by having better integration documentation.""When it comes to any necessary changes or updates, we have issues. It is not very agnostic in terms of working with other platforms. A lot of data transformation had to be done internally in order to send it to various systems.""My company's biggest challenge with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is wanting to market solely to leads without having to create a contact and link the contact to the lead. From a marketing standpoint, there's room for improvement in the lead process of Microsoft Dynamics CRM."

"One area where the solution could improve is with handling feature requests.""The user interface could be better in Salesforce Sales Cloud because it feels a little heavy.""I think the user experience could be improved. I would like the user interface to be a bit more user-friendly and modern.""The solution is secure. However, they could always improve on security.""The setup of Salesforce Sales Cloud is complex. You need specialists in that area to be able to have a good setup. Once it's set up properly, running it is seamless. That's the most beautiful thing about Salesforce Sales Cloud.""Its licensing can be improved to accommodate small companies. They provide a certain number of licenses in a set or batch, and you have to buy the set. For example, if they have 20 licenses in a set, you have to get the whole set, even if you need just three licenses, which could be a barrier for small companies. There is no option to buy fewer licenses. So, small companies have to go for a smaller CRM, such as HubSpot.""Salesforce Sales Cloud needs a more user-friendly interface.""I would like to see licensing fees reduced in the next release."

More Salesforce Sales Cloud Cons →

"The implementation and integrations could be better. After we went into the production environment, we had some issues. Most of them were with the ERP integration. Many other issues were around the client's integrations between the ERP and CRM platforms. It could be more user-friendly. It wasn't very user-friendly initially, but now it's easier for them to use. Now, the users can use that platform better than at the beginning. We would like to see reports with more analytic features and artificial intelligence in the next release. For example, show more metrics and KPIs and more dynamic dashboards. Because the platform has some models, but it's not easy to use. It's a little complex.""The solution needs more flexible customization, tender request, and they need to think about some of the localization aspects.""It can be a bit more user friendly, to be honest. Sometimes there are too many apps options. It should offer better UX (user experience) to make it easier to navigate and easier to use.""The product's pricing could be better.""There could be some specific configurable options on the UI level to improve visibility.""There is a lot of missing data and data latency issues between the different modules of SAP CRM, which creates a lot of problems.""There are quite a lot of missing parts in SAP CRM, which is why we do a lot of customization. Not everything is there, and some things need custom coding to cater to specific needs. It is not a plug-and-play solution with standard features, and we have to customize quite a lot.""They have recently updated their user interface but they should continue to improve upon it in the future. Additionally, overall performance or speed of response times could be better."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "We have to buy a separate license in order to implement the social listening feature."
  • "It's kind of pricey. It's about $50 or $60 per user."
  • "I am not the person who pays for Microsoft Dynamics CRM but it is expensive. I have been using Microsoft Azure, which Microsoft Dynamics CRM is built on, and I know we prepaid for the services. For me as a consumer, I do not think I can afford it, mainly because I am only learning how to use the AI and the rate which they charge is high. In general, Microsoft solutions are expensive and this is most likely due to the brand, this is something you expect. However, the price might be high but you receive a highly secure solution."
  • "There is a license required to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM."
  • "The price of the solution is good but could be cheaper."
  • "We have a three-year ELA with all our Microsoft solutions and often we had to do a true-up which was approximately $1,000,000. Additionally, we pay approximately $2,500 a month for support."
  • "Pricing for this software could be cheaper."
  • "The solution is open source and is free. However, it does require a Dynamics 365 subscription."
  • More Microsoft Dynamics CRM Pricing and Cost Advice →

  • "The subscription is on a monthly basis."
  • "The main issue is the price. Because it's SaaS, you will have to pay on a monthly or yearly basis."
  • "It is a premium product, so it is not the cheapest solution. I think if it's implemented well, and you're getting the soft cost benefits, the efficiencies, it's justified. But not if you're looking at just apples for apples as a subscription, without the complexity that you can achieve. It can deal with complex business requirements. Some other CRMs can't. But you certainly pay, so it's a premium-charged solution. It's one of the more expensive ones."
  • "I have found Salesforce Sales Cloud to be expensive. However, it is the number one CRM solution in the world. It is worth the money."
  • "The main thing is it is costly. Salesforce it is not cheap, it's costly. Some of our customers say it is a costly solution. So, we have lost some sale opportunities regarding the high price. This is the main thing that we are facing. It is sales per user and the user price is about $150 per month, per user for the Enterprise Edition. The other edition is less than this, but it is costly. A company that has 70 or 80 users would pay more than $8,000 USD yearly because it is cloud based."
  • "My understanding is that Salesforce is a little bit expensive, but in terms of the efficiencies, automation, and visibility, I think it's definitely value for money."
  • "Implementation and add-ons may be additional costs."
  • "Being license based, the license varies by type. The pricing is considered average."
  • More Salesforce Sales Cloud Pricing and Cost Advice →

  • "SAP CRM offers a free trial for anyone wanting to test the product before purchasing it."
  • "They should reduce the price to target small businesses."
  • "The company has seen an increase in revenue."
  • "There is a license required for the solution and most of my clients purchase an annual license."
  • "SAP CRM is an expensive solution and is the most challenging aspect of the solution."
  • "SAP CRM costs approximately a couple of thousand a month."
  • "Its price is reasonable. As compared to other CRMs, this CRM is competitively priced. They have multiple flavors with different sets of functionality. Pricing is based on the flavor that suits your requirement. If you have more users, the cost will come down."
  • "The pricing from SAP is good but it takes time to realize the investment."
