Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"ImmuniWeb boasts a robust vulnerability detection mechanism, formidable threat mitigation, and an efficient remediation process, incorporating automation techniques and ALM strategies. The solution is highly stable. The solution is scalable. Editing Key Points for Review "Review about ImmuniWeb" What is our primary use case? We use the solution when we face challenges and urgent attention is needed for complex cases from our clients. To address this, we collaborate with the middleware, internal, and client teams to analyze and sort through intricate logs concerning our business cybersecurity program. How has it helped my organization? The solution helped us with one of our clients in the New York area contacted us about a data breach. In response, we swiftly organized a case meeting involving our client, internal, and email customer support teams. Together, we conducted an incident response, facilitating offline assistance for proper planning and risk management processes. We delved into the details of the data breach, identified how it occurred, and collaborated to rectify the issue. The client expressed satisfaction with the resolution process. What is most valuable? ImmuniWeb boasts a robust vulnerability detection mechanism, formidable threat mitigation, and an efficient remediation process, incorporating automation techniques and ALM strategies. It also focuses on consumer satisfaction and operates in English-speaking markets, primarily required by the UAE, the United States, Canada, and Australia, among other developed countries. For how long have I used the solution? We have been using this product for the past one and half years. What do I think about the stability of the solution? The solution is highly stable. I rate it a perfect ten. What do I think about the scalability of the solution? The solution is scalable. I rate it a nine out of ten. How are customer service and support? Support is generally excellent""ImmuniWeb is stable.""I like the fully automated continuous discovery run by ImmuniWeb in the background. We do not need to rerun the same tests or the same scanning against our resources. We need to supply our IP addresses, domain names, and significant resources with special domain names and URLs, and we need to do it only once. Then we always have an up-to-date picture. I also like the integration with our single sign-on system. We do not need to maintain a separate set of usernames or user accounts. We can plug this ImmuniWeb service into our authentication technology, enabling two-factor authentication. We have secure authentication right out of the box. The other important feature I like is the executive view. You can easily switch from a technical view to an executive view and have a helicopter view of the compliance status. We can see how much effort is required and our current status.""The most valuable features are the SLA of Zero false-positives, less time of service development, validation of unlimited patched vulnerabilities, and several others.""After the assessment, you clearly know which assets require penetration testing.""The solution's most valuable feature is reporting.""The initial setup process is user-friendly."

"From a technical perspective, the solution is very good we can operate and control the user by ourselves.""Stability-wise, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.""I would tell others that this solution is reliable. If they are looking for a solution that is reliable and that is scalable, then this is a good one.""The scalability of the solution is good. We haven't felt we've been restricted from expanding as necessary and we haven't heard of any issues from our clients.""Once it is set up, it is easy to use and it integrates with most of the products on the market.""The MFA is the most valuable aspect.""The product allows customization via custom code.""The product supports customization."

"All of our applications get a point, click, and you are in, while we increase security at the same time.""Authentication & Authorization are important because all the sites need authentication for security purposes. That has been handled pretty well all these years with SSO.""Federation is valuable, for sure, because we have a lot of third-party vendors that we need to integrate with, and this is a turnkey solution in some ways.""You can quickly deploy the entire product with a basic config within couple of hours.""It's quite scalable.""The most valuable feature is that it meets the requirements of the customer. You have a lot of features in the product. Every product has them, but the question is, are these products going to meet the requirement of the customer?""The Directory is secure. It's our user store, and it's important to keep our members safe. The product does well with that.""The most valuable feature is the Federation part of Single Sign On, which is customizable and is easily integrated with any customer application or any third party application."

Cons
"A great idea would be to support using Discovery on the internal network, allowing delivery of all the features of the current Discovery to internal network resources.""ImmuniWeb sometimes shows previous scans instead of running tests.""It would be better if they had an automated tagging feature. The tagging functionality currently requires manual tagging, and that's probably the most needed feature from my standpoint. We also do not have enough tools, enough features, or options to display different resources in the way we need. There are basic grouping and some filtering features, but we still cannot fully separate some flavors of our resources. However, we may not be aware of the latest features.""A great idea would be to make a mobile application for the ImmuniWeb portal so that all information would be available on the go and from a mobile phone as well. It would be much more convenient.""The deployment process on the cloud is straightforward, while on-premise can be complex. Support is generally excellent, although there can be delays in ticket resolution.""Its technical support could be better.""The product’s interface for the web applications could be similar to Android and iOS versions."

More ImmuniWeb Cons →

"There could be some improvements in the documentation and overall knowledge base of the solution.""In the next release, they should focus more on use cases related to customer access management, customer identity, and access management.""The performance of Oracle Access Manager could be improved. It should be quick to install, but it wasn't, so this is another area for improvement. The Oracle Access Manager console also has room for improvement because it's slow.""The pricing of the solution is in need of improvement. Oracle products are very expensive.""In the next release, I would like to see improvements made to the interface.""The technical support is not very good at all.""The initial implementation can definitely be improved because you have to work on several components to configure it correctly.""May not integrate easily with non-Oracle products."

More Oracle Access Manager Cons →

"We would like to the OAuth be more stable, more issues being fixed rather than not.""An area Siteminder could improve on is that there are a few limitations, in terms of new protocols for OpenID. If I want to have different scopes, the features are limited. They also do not have APIs exposed, which is a major drawback. API is a feature I would like to see included in the next release.""The technical support could be better.""To add more value to this solution it needs to be more user-friendly.""The tech support has not been very good for us so we don't use them anymore. We have had some issues. Nobody is perfect.""We are finding some compatibility issues. We're still working with CA on them.""As we are moving in to the mobility space, this is where we really see SiteMinder and their other product really come together to provide a solution base to a different area where the IoT is coming, the different business communications are happening. All of those things require authentication and we really want to see this product grow into that role.""The initial setup was complex, painful. But that is to be expected of any new setup. When you're a big bank like us, any kind of migration to a new product is hard. I expect it to be painful, and it was painful. But it's not something that you can avoid."

Pricing and Cost Advice

  • "It is pretty expensive."
  • "It is pretty expensive."
  • "The platform is expensive if a large development is involved. However, it is less expensive for scheduled-based testing, quarterly or in a year."
  • "There should be the flexibility to change or add pricing, especially for pay-per-use cases."
  • "I use the product's free version. The tool costs around 229 dollars."

  • "Can be expensive as a solution."
  • "The price is really good and it is flexible because they have CPU licenses. The license is a one-time-only purchase."
  • "On a scale where one is a high price, and ten is a low price, I rate the solution a one. Purchasing a license for the solution is very expensive now."
  • "The product is a little expensive."
  • More Oracle Access Manager Pricing and Cost Advice →

  • "The price is quite comparable to the other enterprise-level solutions in that market."
  • "I recommend conducting a PoC on every available product before choose one."
  • "CA solutions are generally expensive but for the customer the ROI is big."
  • "Symantec Siteminder is expensive; they could definitely do better on the price."
  • "The licensing is fair for this solution."
  • "Siteminder is a little costly. You pay for licensing, and they offer packages, so if you have less users, then you have to buy different products at different prices. If you have more of a user base, then the package is different. They also include other features—for example, if you have a database and you're using Siteminder, then it's good to use a Semantic-specific database, but if you are using less, then you have to purchase the database separately. Whereas if you are going for a bigger license, then it comes within the package. It depends on which plan you are using."
  • "The pricing is reasonable."
