    Overview
eggPlant Network is a powerful network emulator which makes it easy to test your mobile, browser, or client-server application under different network conditions. Ensure your application delivers excellent user experience, functions correctly, and takes full advantage of available resources when users are connected via 3G, over a trans-Atlantic WAN, on a fast local LAN, via congested 2.5G, or driving through tunnels and losing connectivity for 15 seconds at a time. No networking knowledge is required; just tell eggPlant Network where the client is (e.g. New York), where the server is (e.g. San Francisco), the type of network (e.g. 3G), and how good the connection is (e.g. ‘bad’), and it will set up an accurate emulation.

Get the most out of your network devices and diagnose potential issues with comprehensive performance testing. With a suite of powerful, yet easy-to-use tests that simulate a variety of typical traffic conditions, FortiTester lets you set performance standards and run audits to make sure your network continues to meet them. It also stores past tests for easy comparison. With the test results, you can take action to improve your network’s performance.

PacketStorm Hurricane V IP network emulator provides WAN emulation and network simulation for very high data rates. The Hurricane V emulates any network condition in a repeatable and controllable lab setting. To re-create any network condition, the emulator can impair IP and non-IP traffic, provide dynamic, time varying impairments, and use a fully independent and flexible GUI architecture. Data generation provides network simulation without utilizing network resources or equipment.
