We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"You are provided with excellent instructions.""The solution's lifecycle management with iDRAC works really well, and it is a valuable feature because it helps with maintenance and keeping track of what we have in our company.""Dell EMC PowerEdge Rack Servers is powerful.""The use of OpenManage Console reduces the time it takes to manage PowerEdge Rack Servers in terms of updates and maintenance.""The user interface is very simple, and the support team is always happy to answer any questions we have. They are very easy to contact.""Any necessary adjustments can be made seamlessly without the need to unplug cables, as everything is contained within the rack itself.""Dell PowerEdge Rack Servers powered by Intel are easy to use, are easy to manage with OpenManage, and have extended support for five years.""I've found the reliability, support, the capability to grow, and the ability to add other Dell solutions to be very valuable features."

Cons
"I would like to change the physical rails to be more like how HPE rails are formatted and organized.""We'd want the solution to be faster.""It would be nice if the rack servers had an HCI solution as an option.""After purchasing the product, customers have not been getting the support that they need in the early stages of getting set up. They can provide customers a little bit more education as to what they get with certain warranty levels. The data is there if the customers dig, but a lot of times, the customers don't dig. Some of the other server models come out a little bit quicker than Dell. It would be good if Dell is quicker to market on new, larger drives when they become available. Sometimes, we do get hit on that against a couple of competitors. Dell vets them a little bit longer than like the super micros to keep their stability and quality level up, but they lose a little bit of ground to a super micro. It would be good if they can release features and models as soon and as fast as they can. It would help them to stay more competitive.""The price is acceptable but could be improved.""The server itself is good, but sometimes, the salesperson forgets to sell us the right controller. It is related to sales. It is not related to the technical part.""The flexibility of card use could be improved.""It's not the perfect solution but it is reasonable."

"In the next release, I'd like to see more features not in the hardware but in the platform where I can manage all the servers and the hardware of the servers."

More Huawei FusionServer RH Series Rack Servers Cons →

"When you have an Intel Server System, the prices may be much higher since it is a different processor, making the solution's pricing part one of its shortcomings where improvements are required.""We have to scale it ourselves but it scales. It depends on the software because it's mostly the hardware platform that Intel is managing.""The shipment time can be improved. When we order Intel products, we have to wait for a long time. They can increase the local services and engineers in China. Local engineers will be able to know and understand customer problems much better."
