Enables us to find agents and is good, useful, and user-friendly

What is our primary use case?

My daily use is that I log into the Admin Portal and I go to the portal of our customers and I get agent software for Windows or Linux. I then copy this agent on another server and I register that.

Our primary use case is to find agents.

What needs improvement?

I would like to have more hardware space. It would make it better. I would like to have two more terabytes. 

For how long have I used the solution?

I started using Acronis six months ago.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

It's always stable. It's very good, useful, and user-friendly.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

We are planning to buy the disaster edition and to use more of Acronis. 

How was the initial setup?

The initial setup was simple. It was done in ten minutes. 

I set it up for somebody else. 

What other advice do I have?

I think that Acronis Backup is good.

In terms of improvement, it would be helpful to know the Acronis support email to directly contact other Acronis support emails.

I would rate Acronis Backup a ten out of ten. I am very satisfied with Acronis.
