Customer Service:

I haven't dealt with them at all.

Technical Support:

Tech support has been great.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I didn't start using Acronis until I came here 3 years ago - it's what the organization was using already. I found that I liked it better than Symantec.

How was the initial setup?

I found it pretty straightforward.

What about the implementation team?

In-house.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

No, it was already in use when I started this job.
