The solution's real-time disaster recovery capability has benefited our response to incidents. We had a case where one of the developers made a mistake and deleted one table from the system. Instead of restoring everything, I powered on the DR site ten minutes before he deleted the data. I gave him access to the DR server and no one else. I asked him to log in, turn on the backup, export the deleted table to a file, get it on his computer, and then import it into the production system. By having the ability to start a disaster server at a point in time in a few minutes, he went in there, took the table, and restored it on the production one. Only one person out of the many users working on that service realized that there was an issue for one hour. I would recommend the solution to other users because it is very cheap, and you don't have to invest in hardware. Acronis Disaster Recovery is very easy to implement and quick to use. Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.
