There were no deployment issues. Box consulting services provided an excellent, repeatable process to follow.

There were no stability issues.

There were no scalability issues.

How are customer service and technical support?

Customer Service:

I would give customer service a rating of 7/10. Most support organizations have room to get better.

Technical Support:

I would give technical support a rating of 7/10.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We had a previous solution and we still use it. We provide options for users to select the best of breed of two solutions.

How was the initial setup?

The setup was mostly straightforward. The light weight/simplicity of the solution is one of the leading features.

What about the implementation team?

We implemented in-house with Box consulting services.
