There were several issues. They were not experienced in billing for chiropractic, to say the least.

Stability Issues

  • Frequent crashes
  • Freezes constantly

Customer Service and Technical Support

Customer Service:

Support is lousy at best.

Technical Support:

It's ok.


I don't have an ROI.

Pricing, Setup Cost and Licensing

Make sure everything is in writing, do not take the salesman's word for anything.

Other Advice

We were sold an iPad charting option, that was "to be released in two weeks," however, three years later it is still not available. We are leaving CareCloud as very unhappy clients.
