What is most valuable?

Resource management is a valuable feature of this product.

How has it helped my organization?

The only marked improvement was in resource management. Changepoint allowed us to model resource request/assignment workflow in our large PS organization.

What needs improvement?

The timesheet app is outdated. Web portal functionality is lagging behind in other features.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have used this solution for around 16 months, i.e., from November 2014 through March 2016.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I did not encounter any stability issues.

How is customer service and technical support?

The technical support is good, but not great.

Which solutions did we use previously?

We switched solutions due to the corporate mandate. The previous solution that we were using was Projector PSA; it was overall a superior product.

How was the initial setup?

The setup was complex. It took us around 18 months from start-to-finish.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Do not go with perpetual licensed solution!

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

As I mentioned earlier, it was a corporate mandate, so did not evaluate other options.

What other advice do I have?

You should check on ownership situation. CP was in the middle of spinning out of Compuware when we implemented it. Thus, there were many questions about the future, new direction, etc.
