What is our primary use case?

Reduces costs throughout country inside a private network. Provides support for help/service desk to be knowledgeable about all eGov infrastructure and their users and technicians.

How has it helped my organization?

Regarding the extension of the country and most of the sites out of the capital city, we need to have support in order to access the system or to execute some transactions. This reduces cost and time.

What is most valuable?

VoIP: We can share this knowledge between technicians, which helps make decisions between managers.

What needs improvement?

Regarding to the older version we use, we need some improvements on chat, smartphones, video conference, call recording capabilities, etc.

For how long have I used the solution?

More than five years.
