Good security and scalability features; recording feature would be helpful


What is our primary use case?

We mainly use Citrix for deploying applications and providing centralized access to our clients. We process everything that's in the server. We are currently implementing this solution for one of our clients. We're a user of Citrix and I'm a  senior manager and security consultant. 

What is most valuable?

The security of the solution is a good feature. 

What needs improvement?

I believe there are some performance issues with the solution. Citrix believes this is because of the application but I'm not sure that's the case. 

I would like to see them include VGI, recording features in the next release. 

For how long have I used the solution?

We've been using this solution for 14 years. 

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The scalability of this solution is good. 

How are customer service and technical support?

The technical support could be improved, it's average. 

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The cost of the solution is okay but if you require anything extra they charge for it. It might be additional security or a recording feature. Each one of these means an additional charge.

What other advice do I have?

I would rate this solution a seven out of 10.
