Code42 Next-Gen DLP Review

Easy to use but needs a deployment tool to aid implementation

What is most valuable?

Available across multiple-platforms.

How has it helped my organization?

Ease of use as compared to its competitors.

What needs improvement?

The administration side as reporting ability is lacking.

For how long have I used the solution?

2 years

What was my experience with deployment of the solution?

Yes. Many, but it came from outside of the product.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Not too much.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Very little. But without a working deployment tool, it becomes very challenging to deploy to 500+ people.

How are customer service and technical support?

Customer Service:

Best support portal I have ever used.

Technical Support:

Great so far.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Yes. People hated our previous solution as it required vpn and bogged down CPU.

How was the initial setup?

We required a custom solution so it was a little difficult. Without a deployment tool the client was challenging to automate the install.

What about the implementation team?

We did it with the help of the vendor. Their field engineer was very knowledgeable.

What was our ROI?

I have no idea.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Uncertain. Above my pay grade.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Yes, Druva.

What other advice do I have?

It's very user friendly...when it works.

**Disclosure: My company has a business relationship with this vendor other than being a customer: Partners
