No issues with deployment at all.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

In-house developed a backup application, but we switched because it was outdated and nowhere near as good as CrashPlan.

How was the initial setup?

Initial setup was very easy.

What about the implementation team?

Implemented via in-house team.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Pricing is reasonable for what it provides.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Avamar, Mozy, Carbonite
